For Those Who Actually Reply 5 months, 2 weeks agoIt’s so much easier to be 100 percent honest when yourself when you feel like you won’t be judged. I think that’s the excuse we use to keep from talking to others on this website. We pour out our hearts and souls, and we don’t want to get too close to anyone, anyone who might see us one way at first, then realize what terrible, messed up people we really are. But that’s ridiculous. We’re all terrible and messed up in our own ways, let us embrace that about each other, it’s so much easier than fighting about it.

writers are often isolated people that go mad because of their way to express and understad emotion and when someone is in turmoil because we see ourselves in them but yet we can’t extend a hand and reach out because of the fear that have always lie in us, the unaccepted, the lonely.

For Those Who Actually Reply 5 months, 3 weeks agoI go by Eva. It’s shorter and more understandable than Ewelina. I write horror and/or memoir as the two often coincide. I enjoy talking to strangers but do not like candy. I live by a frequently used railroad and an abandoned mill. I walk miles every day and like the smell of rain.

Junior in high school, living on a decaying (it’s people) beautiful (it’s beaches and mountains)very hot (it’s ninety degrees in here and it’s January) island were everything is made up and the points don’t matter. Interested in everything and nothing at all, loves everything sweet and classy in a place inhabited by inmates and cultured like no one’s business. Hoping for escape to the bright lights of somewhere on the world, hopeless dreamer and romantic, deep thought and beautifies everything, with a love for writing, musicals, theater,movies, foreign languages and music, indie photography, art and a perfectionist.

I’m Dale. I’m currently going to college and majoring in creative writing (I want to go into advertising). Though I call myself a writer, it seems like most of my writings are simply school assignments. I write short stories when I’m able, and am very slowly working on a novel, but it doesn’t ever seem there’s adequate time for that. I think this is why I love Oneword. It gives me a nice creative rush without demanding too much of my time.

Even in the other groups I’ve seen, people don’t seem to have an interest in communicating with one another so much as they do in standing alone on their own pedestals. This is place where feedback is not only encouraged, but required. Meet your fellow onewordians, reply to them, critique them, learn about them. In short, TALK.
