Im amber and I found this site when googling journaling prompts. I am 23 and am in the process of getting my GED. I have always loved to write. I have been practing writing my essay in my GED prep class and the women helping me says I have a real knack for writing. That made me so happy. To know that I am good at something I have always liked. I also like other things such as crochet, sewing, and scrapbooking. I am very much into being creative.

My name is Rose. I’ve been writing since 2003. My first NaNoWriMo was in 2005. I’ve been fortunate to find a great collaborative writing partner, Elise. We churn out tons of writing every day.

Elise and I are collaborating on another NaNo Novel entitled “Sanctuary”. We’ll be posting the story to our blogs.

Until November 1st, we’re exercising our creative thoughts with OneWord. I’ve decided to link all of my OneWord prompts into a continuing series entitled “Man-O-War”.

Here I go by SprawlingInk and I’m so thankful I Stumbled on this site. I’m currently finishing up my last year of high school, so with the craziness of this last year Oneword has been great for squeezing in some writing. I am not currently participating in NaNoWriMo but fully intend to do so in the future!

Susan or as you will see here, para. got to this site by serendipity and am very excited to get started. I have always been an avid reader and always said that some day…some day..I would write. Now, I have the story I want to tell and I am flexing my muscles as I start on it. wish me luck…I’ll need it!

I’m Alice – not my real name, of course, although I certainly wish it was. I am 16 years old at the moment, and a sophomore in an international school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Born in the states, but my father’s business causes us to move around a lot (mainly southeast Asia). As of now, I’ve currently lived in 5 different countries.

I absolutely adore reading, and writing to a somewhat lesser extent (mainly because I’m hypercritical of myself; nothing but the best is good enough, and more often than not I end up scrapping my work well before finishing it). I figure that this site is a stellar way to improve my writing capabilities, and that’s the #1 reason I’m here. (:

I am 17 from NZ and I thought this would be fun. I was proved right. This is fun. I like to write about nothing. The things i write have no point or reason but are what comes in my head. I just like to organise my thoughts somehow. Im not a particularly good writer. But I sing and act, do a bit of comedy, whatever. I try my hand at everything. Probably why my thoughts need organising.
It also seems that I have chosen the most random unorganised way to organise myself.
Ah well.
Its a laugh isn’t it?
