    There was a faint glow at the other end of the beach. Our bonfire was now a few glowing ambers amongst ash and sand. A few of the sparks were making crackeling pops combined with the distant crashing waves.

    Creepy, crawly red dots scattered along the concrete patio. Makes me not want to sit down but I have to to reach the plants.

    The door was tilted on it’s hinges and it could not close fully. The windows wouldn’t open and the siding was falling off.

    The cabin was a rustic looking, made of pine. It gave off a warm, inviting look to it that said “hey, come spend your winters with me, all cozy like”. It gave off an inviting smell as a crumbled to the ground as an ashy pile.
