I fell from grace yesterday,
On my own accord,
Knowing I would never again be able to circle the sky.
The sense of flying was now behind me,
As I fell into the arms of my love,
Fell from thousands of feet,
Giving up everything I knew,
Just for a chance at something more than happiness. -

She had so much power over me that I couldn’t begin to breathe.
I walked quickly through the gate, trying to mask the sound of my beating heart with my quickening footsteps. Tried to act as if I belonged in that magical world where I knew she was waiting for me. If only I hadn’t forgotten my security clearance. Even with an innocent face like mine, and all the power I thought I possessed, I’m still lying on the ground outside while that beautiful goddess is there waiting for me. Perpetually waiting.

She bit down on the wafer, crumbs tumbling from her lips upon the cafe table as snowflakes gently falling at the beginning of winter. My mind and heart where transfixed. If I lived only in this one minute, in the one moment, I really think it would have been enough.
But I couldn’t stop time, and suddenly the night was over. -

I fell asleep, knowing I would never wake up again,
and then my story truly began.The notes of the lullaby became pathways,
Each one filled with richness and warmth,
But always darkness.
They fuelled my journey,
Took me away from the perverse land of hatred and corruption,
Along the beautiful river
Of bliss
and emptiness. -

There’s something fiery and bitter about this city,
With just a touch of sweetness.
The gods had a hard time holding their liquor,

Her auburn hair blew slightly in the breeze
The day she turned me down
And threw my grandmother’s ring into the ocean.
She could not be bound.
She was the girl on fire,
Blazing through both day and night alike,
Leaving only a trail of smoke in her wake,
That was as beautiful as it was poisonous. -

(Except for Pete’s but he lost it in a crossbow mishap).I couldn’t catch my breath anymore than the others in the room,

Her celestial beauty killed us all.

The wood slowly crackled to a halt
In the middle of the forest.
The fire had stopped as swiftly as it had begun,
Eating through birch and oak alike,
Yet leaving the larch trees untouched.
Maybe they did it for a lark.
Maybe it was a sign.
Only the birds would have been able to understand,
But there were none left.-

One story, caused the downfall of thousands of people.
Bigfoot had always been considered a hoax, making the truth too hard to bear.
He crashed his way through the presses, causing delays, none of which were caught on camera.
But it was too late.
The next day, the citizens were furious,
and the presses burned. -

Bruce wandered through the saloon, eyeing every man and especially every woman that drank themselves into a stupor surrounding him. He was on to their ruse. He pulled out his watermelon, his weapon of choice, and laid the charge. In five seconds it would all be over. He lit the fuse and dove for the window.
