Happy thoughts: 1 year, 4 months agoSince I was listening to the song ”Positivity”.

”Could this really work out?” He asked me. His hand lingered on the side of my face and I could feel him shake from his nervousness.I shook my head light and then titled it so his hand was completely caressing the side of my face. His skin felt so soft against mine, his touch just felt so right.
”I think it will,” I reassured him my words, letting my breath tickle his hand. His reaction made me smile, he shivered.
”You’re making it harder than it has to be,” I told him. ”Show me some positivity. We will make it work.”
He was always the optimistic one, the roles being reversed gave me a chance to comfort him.
He hesitantly leaned it towards me, he was moving slowly, way too slowly, so I pushed my lips quickly against his.
And it just felt so right.

Prompt: Snow
”I think that what I love the most about the winter season is the snow,” she told him one day. ”But they say that it won’t snow this year.”
And so he knew that he was going to try to make her happy. He was going to make it snow.

When she woke up in the morning and she didn’t feel him by her side, she hopped up from the bed and immediately searched the house for him.She called out his name upstairs and heard no answer. When she went downstairs and called for him again, he answered.
”Out here.”
She sighed with relief and took a hesitant step out the door. When she was on the first step, she saw pieces of white, was that cotton?, falling in front of her.
”What is this?” She asks him, reaching out her hand and catching the cotton in her hands. She also takes this time to look around the front yard, it’s covered in fluffy cotton, like they use in stores in a Christmas display.
”It’s snow,” he tells her. ”As close as I can get to making it, anyways.”
After he’s shaken the contents of the box of cotton out, he makes his descent down the ladder.
”Thank you,” she tells him as he approaches her.
”I probably should have used ice, probably would have looked better.”
”It’s perfect,” she reassures him and leans up to kiss him gently.
