ground ….ground….ok…how do I make ground spices….oh right….use the mortar and pestle….or an old coffee grinder….or maybe..just buy already ground spices.

She made sure her feet were covered. She was very ashamed of her feet….they were flat, calloused and very wide. It didn’t help that her ankles were swollen either….all in all a very ugly pair of extremities.

I am a fan of porter…..especially a chocolate porter. Not quite the same as stout, but close and just amazing at getting one’s head to sleep at night. Large bottles will do for two drinks. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!

The methods of extracting teeth are numuerous…you can just pull it out with pliers, or you can freeze with novocaine and dig it out , it all depends on the type of tooth and where it lies in the mouth.
