your fingers used to trace the lines in my palm so naturally, but they’ve lost their smooth grace, and your touches no longer drip with sparkling lust. every touch once felt like fireworks on the metaphors decorating my skin, but the delight has faded into the reality that we were never meant to last.

half of my heart is nestled comfortably in your rib cage, beating in sync with yours. the spaces between my fingers feel empty without yours there. both physically and emotionally, you are my perfect other half.

glass cases protect your eyes, those beautiful flower petals that gaze at me like the sun that softly smiles over the imaginary valley of our love. your glasses aren’t nerdy at all.

golden bracken pieces sparkle in your hair, filling me with a white-hot desire to run my fingers through it while i kiss you like firecrackers on ice.

red flames roaring around me, water cooling the burns on my ears from the fire’snoise, earth keeping my feet steady as the pesky air tries to blow me away. the elements can be quite contradicting.

stupid humans, thinking they can tie me up and control me. dogs like me were meant to be free and be able to choose how to live, not confined like this. although, i have to admit, the owners give out nice treats.

soft fingers roam over unknown territory, tingling my heart as well as my pleased nerve endings. the goofy smile on your freckled face tells me you are pleased too,

fingers tracing the palm lines in my hand, you press your savory lips to mine, sending tingles through my lovestruck heart.

  • Ellie wrote about the word pleased 2 years, 11 months ago

your warm lips caress my cheeks, and your tongue runs over mine, sending a wave of pleasure through the body that you can’t resist. i want to always savor this feeling, of your soft hands roaming freely, playing with my sensitive nerve endings.

making a purchase now would be too dangerous, as i would be in deadly debt. oh god, what horrible alliteration. debts are bad and i am very bored.

  • Ellie wrote about the word secure 2 years, 11 months ago

i feel so warm in your arms, ending in velvet fingers that caress my face with soft wishes of future forvers. i cannot be insecure when your lips touch mine, because then i am protected by a bubbly shield of fireworks that can’t sparkle like your eyes, because nothing can.

spine tingling, i press my lips to yours, and fireworks become as beautiful as the modern ones. before this kiss, we fell apart and were in danger of fading away entirely. but now, my spine tingles when i’m with you, wrapped up in our own bubble of purity.

  • Ellie wrote about the word gong 3 years ago

a gong is one of the rarer instruments in our band class. we only used it for a few asain-sounding songs, not very often. they sound like ancient china (but i doubt anyone knows what that really sounds like).

  • Ellie wrote about the word train 3 years ago

no one uses trains anymore. everyone loves cars, which pollute the air even worse than trains do. trains would save many people money, and cause less pollution. we would also use less fossil fuels trains would last a lot longer.

  • Ellie wrote about the word train 3 years ago

i love this band. granted, i’ve only heard 2 of their songs, drops of jupiter and hey soul sister. they aren’t horrible, like a lot of top 40 bands. i hate most rap and pop. train is actually really good and i plan to listen to more of their songs.

leather is smooth, like love should be. your skin used to be so soft to me, but now it is like leather, sort of rough, but also a little smooth. we could work thhis out if we tried, but i don’t think you are willing to. we are destined to crumble apart, because something that’s [...]

a bow is a sign of respect, but most young people these days, except me, know anything about respecting older people. they are always rude and it can get very annoying. we might not have to bow, but it wouldn’t kill these people to show a little respect.

  • Ellie wrote about the word pillar 3 years ago

we are all supposed to have that one person in our lives who is like our own pillar. sometimes they mess up and we have to be the pillar for them. but one thing is true: one can’t survive without the other.
