Word: Calm
For me:
The river was calm as I rowed down it peacefuly, the sun shined on my face and made the water shine with the graceful feeling of joy. Nothing in the world could keep me from this joy. As long I live in this wonderful – suddenly, something grabbed me, and all that was calm soon disapeared, my body froze up for a few seconds and then I fell in the water, watching fish swim around me, and soon, I litteraly began to sleep with the fishes. -

Okay, the thing for my first try gliutched and wouldn’t let me write, so here is what I was going to put for the word heel;
I ran toward the door, heart thumping and legs aching. The madman followed me, left and right, back and forth, there was nobody to cry out to in the cold silence of night. I triped over my heels and stumbled into a puddle of mud, and I looked back and took in my final breath.
(yes, that was all in 60 seconds)
