    We have a great crew. A knock around group of pirates. You could say. The ship almost sank today. A hole in the side. Water everywhere. But we bare this burden equally. So we can push out the darkness.

    I love labna. The restaurant I work for, we make it in house. Flavored with different oils, zests and spices. I love making that cheese.

    This food is incredibly bland. I can only work for food that does not spoil. Food that is fresh and vibrant. That feeds more than your physical hunger. That points to an insatiable hunger of the soul. Now that is something to chew on. For eternity.
