I don’t really understand the tails of kites. I know that there are reasons that have to do with Physics, but what are they? Do they keep the kite from flying upside down? Does the tail wag the kite?

I tell students not to put the word “destiny” in their poems. Or “soul.” At all costs avoid “soul,” especially when preceded by “heart and.” I can only tell them what NOT to put in their poems. Although it is always good to consider including the word “porkchops.” Or is that two words?
