First the knife, then the counselling, now the bloody psychologist. People think I’m a nutcase! What’s so bad about being who I am? Is it because I’m willingly harming myself? Wouldn’t it be better if nobody but me got hurt? What would they say about a 20-year old with the exact same condition?
I never understand why people think it’s a suicide attempt. It’s just like any other vice: it’s an escape. It’s a way for me to calm down or to make myself snap out of what’s bothering me. Would it make a difference if I turned to the bottle or smoked joints and/or fags? Why have a violent reaction against self-inflicted cuts on a body?
In case Mina is reading this, all I’d like to say is sorry.

It’s amazing how 5 words can change a friendship of 7 months. I thought it was just hormones but then the feeling kept coming back. So I learned how to hide it.
One day, the question came up (Who do you want to kiss?) and I gave a vague answer and she didn’t ask for details. The following day, she asked if one of our classmates were on the list. ”You could say that..” I told her.
Jacob happened to listen to us and after coming up with a few wild guesses and asking me if he was right (I rejected all of them), he stayed silent for a few moments.
Looking at his expression, I figured the penny dropped. I nodded and he shook his head in disbelief. She still had no idea and Jacob was just flipping out. Eventually, she figured it out and her expression was one of utter confusion, not what I would expect if I found out someone fancied me.
She told me to explain myself during recess and when the bell rang, I basically confessed to her how much I fancied her, what I’ve been through and made a recap of our entire friendship from my point of view. She also told me how she fancied me and I’ve never felt so happy.We had our first kiss and it was perfect. It may have been awkward and she may be a bit too stiff, but it was perfect for me. Her lips were simple soft and luscious. Oh, how I want to feel them against mine again. The heat of her mouth was almost begging me to deepen the kiss. I wanted to feel more of her but we were running out of time. People were making their way to class and so should we.
It’s amazing how you can love someone so fast.

“There is no way that we’re crossing that lake!” Sherlock protested.
“Well, there’s no way around it and Price is getting pretty far at this pace,” John said, looking around.
“Maybe we can find some sort of shortcut…” Sherlock muttered.
“For God’s sake, just get in the bloody lake!” John said as he shoved Sherlock forwards. he fell face first into the icy cold water, coat and all.
Sherlock’s teeth were chattering when he was able to surface. “What was that for?!” he yelled at John.
John was deliberately ignoring Sherlock as he looked at his compass. “Well, he left a note that said go north and… oh,” he looked behind his shoulder.
Sherlock got out of the water and was soaking wet. He’s going to need a hot shower after this. “What? Did we take a wrong turn?” he asked.
“Yeah, seems like it. North was actually that way,” John said, pointing in the direction they came from.
Oh, bloody hell, Sherlock thought. What a way to get yourself wet and waste time. -
