Rules were meant to be broken, correct? Thease binding statements were created to control us, to mold us into the ideal citizens. Each rule is a new restriction to ourselves; another reason to conform. Break a rule; become yourself.

    Normally I would snap back
    But I’ve been
    Stretched out
    Worn out
    Over the years
    Pain has caused me to
Loss all the elastic in my life

As I drive along the bending road my thoughts drift to you.
    What are you doing?
    Who are you with?
    Am I on your mind?
Alas, I know that your thoughts never drift to me.
    My face.
    My laugh.
    My kisses.
Our love is gone with the last bend in the road .

    Illuminating this dreary place.
Giving definition to each dirty face.
    Clearly showing every hidden flaw.
    Confusion mixed with reality.
Not quite sure of what she saw.
