control
Control is either really good or really bad, depending on who is in control. I like having some control but panic if I have it all ~ I feel like collaborating is best.

final
it’s always about finals .. the end of the path .. the end of everything , u do do and do .. and maybe u dont ,, but all what matters is the final , no one will have a look even a fast glance on what u did or not , they’ll just focus on the final .. final kills or not

cheap
cheap. his sisters laugh that dad was so cheap, he could make lincoln’s eyes bleed (on a penny). but when he died, he left us a couple million. even though he died too young.
that guy, however, truly cheap, that guy i thought was my soulmate. the dreamboat who turned tout to be a footnote. surprised to hear he sprang for valet parking at his wedding. though he was cheap enough to insist that a friend host the wedding in her back yard. probably bought her a gift card to applebee’s in thanks, we colleagues (and friends, he thinks) joked over lunch.

My shoes. They’re cheap… but they’re the only ones that fit. Recently i went to the same store i bought them and my friend (with beautiful perfect little feet) asked me “Don’t they make your feet smell”. Unfortunatly i had to say “Yes”… but sadly, i don’t have the option of buying lovely, EXPENSIVE shoes like she does because my enourmous feet just won’t fit into them. *sighh… you win some, you lose some :) (But, i still like my cheap shoes).

And his hands were not strong enough. I didn’t know that I evaluated people based on the strength of their hands until I was doing it. His weren’t cutting it, but how could I tell him? They were soft, and smooth, and slightly callused in the right places, but his skinny fingers were the downfall.

mango
i had mango today for the first time in a long time and I loved it! it wasn’t so sweet but still so delicious. The golden yellow color was so enticing and it was so juicy. I want more now but of course i won’t have any. I already ate dinner.

sage
Sage was the one person who we Sprites could go to with just about anything. Yes, I had Johnny and Gwen, but I wasn’t – still aren’t – just human. I’m part Sprite, and part Monster, so the Sprite part of my nature and history was always coming out when I had to go to Sage about everything. I was devestated to hear that Sage had died. My parents were too. But he’s part of the earth again. We’ll see him again. We see him every day, don’t we?

You know, when my parents told me I was a Sprite, I thought they were crazy – who wouldn’t? – but then I was introduce to the other four Sprites who live with Johnny and then I somehow got to meet Sage, and it all became reality for me. Sage is the Sprite leader, of sorts. He knows everything, even though he’s really forgetful and easily distracted.

You were always a Sprite, young one. why do you think you try to stay out of the sunlight? It isn’t just because you’re an internet-addicted Monster. You’re also part Sprite, and you tend to not show yourself to others by nature. But Johnny’s an exception. So is Gwen. You actually have something with Johnny my young-

When Sage first told me that I was part Sprite, I was already in shock as it was, because my parents told me that I was part Sprite -somethign I’m still trying to figure out – and I guess that getting it confirmed by an actual sprite was something that was actually making it sink in for me, I suppose.

When I heard that Sage died, I was awfully sad about that, but I didn’t mind it, really. I mean, I’ve always got Johnny and Gwen and the rest of the Sprites. the other sprites in Grotto’s Grove come to me for everything now. I’m still unsure as to why that is.
Posted By Amy On 02.21.2011 @ 8:22 am
Johnny ‘s nice and all, but Sage was the one we always went to for just about everything. Because, I mean, I’m a Sprite. All of us in Grotto’s Grove are. We go to Johnny for all the human-related things that we need to know about, and we go to Sage for everything else. Because Sage is the head Sprite. But I like living with Johnny, though, which is probably because I’m part human.

Even though he was quite forgetful and easily distracted, Sage was the one person all of us Sprites could go to. If we ever needed advice on something that was happening in our world on the other side of the portal, in Grotto’s Grove, we would go to Sage. If we needed to ask any questions about humans, we’d go to Johnny.

I used a little too much sage in the sauce. It was too… sage-y. How do you undo an overabundance of sage? I tried scraping it out, but the boiling sauce had already sucked it in.
