divide
When one single and another single come together and the match is so completely perfect, you can’t imagine the end. You can’t imagine that there could be an end. But there always is. And when that end comes, it seems as natural and as right as the original coming together. How weak a thing it is.

becomes
All becomes confusion on the day you learn you will die. Good or bad, what have I done, does it matter I was here? Why and why again.

chuckles
Charlie the pudding. With his bright red, curly hair, his pale, freckled-covered skin, his posh english accent and his slight pudge, Charlie is the pudding. He is our pudding. I never knew such a strange pudding, or such a strange Charlie.

punch
Is it spiked? It’s only fun when it’s spiked. It is, yes. Tonight is going to be a fun night.

Cameron. That boy. He kissed her, in front of me. That boy took my girl’s face and kissed it. And there was nothing I could do about it. I hate that boy. He doesn’t know what he did, he doesn’t know the way I could have hurt him in that moment, he only knows that she pushed him away. She pushed him away. I love that girl.

upstairs
There is no up, only down. I walk ahead, straight, then i turn around, back. There is no left, there is no right. Only forwards. Always forwards. But sometimes forwards isn’t enough. Sometimes i crave the change. Sometimes, i want to move up.

tilt
Push it, slowly, very slighty. Push it till it tilts. Pour it, slowly, very cautiously. Pour it till it’s full. Tip it, solwly, very gently. Tip it till it empties.

His hat was turned to one side. It was crooked purposely so he looked cool. He knew he wasn’t, and so did the guys down the street. Jack tried to swagger as he walked, wanting to be even more impressive to the young men he was trying to impress.

stroller
To be pushed. Pushed. I pushed it. I pushed it too hard. It has been pushed, it has been pushed away from me. It’s rolling, away, away from safety, towards danger. A cry, a wail, a screech, a collision. Pushed. Pushed away.

calling
Who is it? I can hear them, desperate, calling to me. My name; my name over and over again. What’s wrong? What have i done? Is someone hurt? Have i hurt someone? Myself? Am i in danger? I don’t know – i can’t see. My eyes, they won’t open. Black, all i see is black – all i hear is my name. I don’t remember. My mind is as black as the worrld around me. I see nothing, I remember nothing, I am nothing, I hear my name. My name. I do remember – i can remember my name. It’s being called, over and over again.

Today was my day of calling. Today was the day I was meant to do all that was ever expected of me, and it all started with a call. I was calling my best friend and learned that today, of all days I was called to serve my country.

cheek
I saw her from across the room. well, I saw her cheeks first. They were the mushiest cheeks you could imagine, the kind you normally only see on chubby babies and toddlers. But there she was, in all her 6 foot glory, with the most beautiful chubby cheeks I’d ever seen.

moon
there’s more to the moon than just a concrete color. living in the desert has shown me the many shades, signs, and feelings of the moon. the moons hidden by day, but at night is shows the beauty of this place that we call home. the desert moon… has a nice ring to it.

the moon in the desert is what makes it. you hear about moons in other places, but the desert moon can be at its finest almost any night. winter, summer, fall, spring. its a concrete color

I was walking down the path through the woods by the light of the full moon. There you were, tall, dark and handsome. A cliche in the flesh.

stood
i jsut stood there and watched you leave that night. I tried to make sense of the whole situation that we have both fallen very deeply into; but, i just cant wrap my mind around it.

eternally
forever and ever. big commitment, that word. “eternally”. kind of scary and very serious. not for use by the faint hearted.
Posted By amy On 08.17.2010 @ 4:56 am
To make something last eternally, you must never stop trying. You have to give it your all, and nothing but. How can something last forever if you don’t work hard enough for it to even last a few decades? For anything to last eternally, tremendous effort is required.

probable
i have no idea what probable means, probably something to do with probability. that sounds a bit like math, and i dont enjoy math at all. i wouldnt mind if it fell of the face of the earth and died. that would make life a lot easier.

flashback
I had a flashback of the storm that we had last year and I laughed about it. It was great, and I remember it like it was yesterday. I think it was the best storm I have yet to see. Tornadoes, thunder, hail, rain, wind, everything. It was amazing. I want it to happen again, so bad. haha.

fences
The fence post ran for a good mile. It was old, and the white paint had long chipped away. It was splintered, cracked and barely standing.

nun
My mom told me this story one about how she got smacked with rulers by the nuns. She said they used to spank her. And one day she was wearing holey underwear and everyone saw.

The tall black nun stood shaking in the corner of the church yard. What she had witnessed was unexplainable. Unimaginable.

made
Your grandmother made this quilt before you were born. Every time I see it I remember her hands, thin, translucent, spidery veins going in all directions. Look, honey, just like mine.

you made me do this. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do, but you said I had to write about the word made. If I made you do this what would you be doing? I’m only writing because you made me. Hmmmm…. what is this supposed to mean? The word has too many ideas to write about, yet I have no idea what to write about.

maid
there once was a maid named brandy, she enjoyed cleaning the house that she was employed at. there was a small dog in the yard, and a giant garden in the back. there was nothing to be unhappy about because the food was fresh and she could cook well for her children. they were young, still in elementary school and growing bigger everyday. then one day she came home and everyone around her wasn’t the same. the kids were all shaped different and funny looking. the dog wasn’t so much a dog as it was a cat, and the food wasn’t the right smell or texture that it normally was.

commit
this is something that everybody should be scared of, and avoid at ALL costs. It is up there with genocide and terminal cancer in terms of the things the world would be better without. Anybody who does so, is an idiot and start raving mad. In fact, the only the thing they should be committed to is a mental asylum.

pleased
Wow, I cannot believe that’s how it turned out! I am just so pleased for you. The test proved that you are on your way to a marvelous future without worry. Not everyone passes the test you know. It was tough waiting for the results, but now you know. You cannot be happier! I am just stoked.
