ants
the first death I have ever seen was an ant. We were camping and it came by my bedside. I did what I saw everyone do and I crushed it with a shoe. I saw the struggle the ant endured and I never killed again.

carnival
Dang just the other day was Festival…I guess the two are different carnivals aren’t annual just a celebration. Lots of rides and treats. Reminds me of the movie PollyAnna….sad :(.

There is a festival each year to celebrate the mists and mourning. I’m not going I don’t like to be wet or crying. I’d rather feast on life’s treasures and celebrate moments.

I am adopted. I adopted a puppy once. I adopted good and bad habits too. We all choose what we will bring home with us. Sometimes it’s to help someone or something in need.

butterfly
like a butterfly we are in wonder of beauty. we want to be beauty too. but no one talks about how many flaps of the wings the beautiful butterfly takes before it is even seen.

today is epic. yesterday….not so much. but that is life. the past is the past and the future has the capacity to be epic. we just keep going on and on and on until we are…epic.
