leverage
Sometime a little bit of leverage is all you need. I’ll get that job… unless the boss man really wants those photos published. Poor bastard. I’ll get what i deserve. A little leverage is all i need.

trench
Wiping the sweat from my forehead with a mud-caked wrist, I turn to look at the trench I’ve plowed. It winds like a drunken ourobouros. Why did I ever start this garden?

bronze
The bronze sculpture was unrecognizable as a person, let alone an image of Christ. The tangled hair swept back into a sort of baseball cap, nested on a face of doughy and half-imagined features.

flames
Flames shot high through the boat. Inside, he pulled his burning sleeping bag off of himself and scrambled for the hatch. The boat was old, and he couldn’t find how to open it through the thick smoke burying him.

That is the way my soul feels. Ancient is the memory I keep from the very dark beginning. I feel the world is something ne

magazines
Are filled with images that titillate, but do little to inspire, fast food reading. A microcosm of our culture in general.

sonar
As the ship sunk to the murky depths all that could be heard was the ominius ping of the sonar. I gasped my final breath and let the life escape my body.

architecture
The architecture of the building was american gothic, crumbling bricks and fallen to disrepair turrets. Up the walls was kudzu, choking the building. At the top most part of the building in the highest wall, burned a light from inside. A sillhouette of a woman can be see, rocking back and forth rhytmically.

earring
The earring fell off her left ear, into her soup. The splash stained her white blouse with the tomato fluid and created a pattern unknown to most eyes. Will it shout out? will it stay in. How quiet will the stain remain.
The earring fell off her left ear, and into her soup.

rally
He zoomed around the corner, faster and faster and faster until at long last, his race was done, and there to greet him…death.
Death for his family.
Death for his friends.
Death for his little girl.
He should’ve installed brakes.

Trade is what the world is built on. Nothing ever disapears, things merely change hands.

embraced
I embraced the struggle that lay before me. Facing off against these goons would be hard but not insurmountable.Out of nowhere a young man wearing tights jumped out from behind the tree and stood tall against the thugs.

corner
I turned the corner and saw the man standing there. He was following me like normal but he was always somehow ahead of me, like he knew where I was going to be, I watched him for several seconds before turning another corner only to see him there

audience
WHy do I have to cater to an audience. THe audience rarely has any idea waht i am talking about. If i could, i would take the audience on a joyful ride through my life and times to help them understand what it is i am presenting. until I can do that, I merely stay at home and watch movies where the audience is me and so i know whats going on.

obsessed
Obsessed. Bad memories. Chalk it up to being a immature teenager, I guess. I’m glad I’m no longer like that. Staying up late, waiting for a call that’s not going to come. Constantly checking facebook, pathetic really. It may have sucked, but it’s better now that’s it’s over.

tangle
there are many vines that can tangle a person. Strings and things long and thin will often twine about each extennsion of toe, finger, hand, head and leg.
Tangles are better than angles so long as the angles are not a-cute.

microphone
It sat in my hand like a lump of coal. They all wanted me to sing, but I knew my voice would come out like shattered concrete. It was stupid to come here on Karaoke night. What was I thinking?

suicide
That’s the last time I talk to that girl. She just drives me insane. I wish I had a gun. She just thinks she can pull off any old thing. The way she tells people everything about us. I can’t stand that. Why does she do that? Can’t she see I can’t live with it? Where does Mother keep the knives?

drain
as we were sitting on the bridge of the largest boat to ever be made we noticed the list on the starboard side. amazingly we asessed the problem and put the plug back in the drain. So we were saved from killing millions of innocent people by a simple plug.

juice
Slippery goo that flows from veins and falls beneath my tongue while swirling above minds. This place is frantic, inconsistent but peaceful: in between.

adventure
I want to have an adventure. Stand on top of a mountain and shout at God. Swim out as far into the ocean as I can without looking back. Trek out into the desert for forty days and forty nights and return a changed and inspired man.
Maybe I also have a death wish.

sail
It is said that a large solar sail will allow humans to travel across large spans of space without using hardly any energy. The only problem is that it will take generations to get anywhere and they probably won’t have a McDonald’s when you get there anyway.

whiskers
They were gray and long and tabgles like sea drift after a great storm. He ran his fingers over the top of them. The fingers couldn’t pass through the tangles, just over them.

left
Left of the tree is the pond I use to fish in. It had no fish, but it gave me hours of challenges to find the ultimate catch.
