specific
this word is too specific to write about. i must stay on one topic and cant expand on wat i need or want to say. now that i think about the word specific should specify wat i shud or need to write about. the specificness of this word is too general and not specific at all. it hurts my brain.

tables
The tables surrounded me. I tried to find a place to hide, sinking into the floor. But to no avail. The tables crept in menacingly. Finally, one of them drew his sword and stabbed me right between the eyes. I lay on the floor, dead but alive, bleeding but hollow.

tables are blue and long and they make things hold up for eye level. Tables make me want to sit down at them and do work or eat and then I’d like to stand on them. Would all tables be the best if they were four legged? I like it when there is no glass in my table. Blue is the color of a table that has blue paint on it.

sage
I don’t like thinking about sage. I would imagine the aroma in the room would be pleasant right now, but if I had sage in the room I would be cooking. My room is rather warm right now, so I’m rather glad I’m not cooking.
Stupid Sage.

cards
The boy stared at the large man across the table. His eye’s shifted to his cards. The dilema: reveal his hand and risk a bullet, or fold and lose the months rent? His clammy hands clutched the full house, the winning hand.

Cards, I play them quite a bit. Euchre is a great game, I have fun memories of playing in a tent in the Boundary Waters. Cards, playing soltaire, my great-gma always cheated. Playing poker in high school, or saying I was playing poker and partying instead. It’s funny how many memories stem from inanimate objects.

wool
pull it around your skin it’s itchy when the winter roles in your mother says put on your mittens on the ends of needles around the ends of fingertips and seconds counting down as she knits you a present.

needle
There is a needle in a hay stack. A cat on the stack bed Bed BED! Heart attack and a backpack! Space neeeeedle. cant flip it if you tip it! Never the less peterpanwithoutspaces. WHo doesn’t stall? Neeble nurbo turbo.

A needle isn’t very important in the lives of many, but It is all that some know. Isn’t it odd to those of us who pursue more “noble” aspirations that someone, somewhere, is concerned with nothing more than a beautiful embroidery? When the American flag was needed, so was this someone.

controller
The television? Political leaders? Money? There are many controllers in the world. Perhaps you can even consider your own brain, emotions, impulses without explanation to be controllers. What is free will? Is it an endless closed loop of controllers, or merely a comfortable illusion?

jelly
The jelly of the world is made of a compound hatred, formed over decades from the semen of a collective of run-on sentences. I believe that these creatures have been using some sort of technology, in order to conquer our planet with their penuts and utilize the forge of jelly magnets.

It’s a bit scary to suddenly be thrust into an arena, just me, and one word. Of all the things I could write about, must I choose myself? But I know of no other topic, nothing else which I could know better, to step outside and live experiences as though they could communicate with others. The printed word can be such a source of trepidation.

endless
endless as the span of time. Which in fact isn’t endless at all, but entirely finite. Think of it. Time stops. One day, even that which you do not understand, which you can only begin to develope a tentantive concept for…will die. Like grandma. Like old yeller. Like everything.

life is just endless opportunity. we go on endless journeys in life. eternal life is endless. there aren’t many things that are endless in this world, but love is, when it comes from God.

sports
Olympics! I must win, competition is in my blood! Humans, meant to combat each other to try and be much better, we must prove we are better. It’s nature, try and beat me, and the fear of humiliation. GOOD GAME.

success
Success is measured in different ways. Maybe success is when you do something you’ve never done before. Many think success means doing something right. But I think, success is when you branch out, be brave, and face the world everyday, no matter what you might face.

notice
I noticed a notice about noticing people who notice that notices are placed so they are easily noticeable. Then I thought, “What is the meaning of life?” and then, my head exploded. But that’s just how life works sometimes.

it’s hard to notice things that are out of the way. those little things that sometimes matter the most, depending on one’s own view. we notice often what doesn’t mean more than the other things, beyond their own shells. a husk of meaning–in its own right–beckoning to be read and discovered.

route
routes along interstates — interstates being routes themselves. taking different ways from place to place. discovering some new route, for better or for worse. Taking those routes you know, travelling by way of memory. Cranking out those physical reckonings of each footfall and hopefully clinging closer to nature.

alter
I wish I could alter the time so I would have more time to write about the word “alter.”
Posted By Eric On 12.23.2010 @ 9:39 pm
I tried to alter my circumstances. It didn’t work. Nothing did. In the end, I was still the same, uninteresting, boring person with the same, uninteresting life. But at least I tried, right? Other people don’t. Most people don’t.

paperclips
Paperclips hold togethers sheets of paper. They can also be used for picking locks but I would advise against that. Unless you’ve managed to lock yourself out of you apartment/house. In which case, go ahead.

rejection
Rejection is pain. Rejection is something that hurts. I build walls to protect me from rejection. This world is just too unpredictable. I find a few good things and stick with it. Depth not width. Quality not quantity. Too many fucking shitheads in this world today anyways.
