step

A quick little diddy, one walking jolt, and then a quick little hop. Pirouette completed, a smile for the claps of her mentors. Hopes and dreams all open in her eyes. It goes quiet.

sticks

the count sings the song about picking up sticks and buckling shoes. Little did he know he was singing for an audience and not just to himself. Count Bisping loved the ol nursery rhyme since his days at the orphanage

straw

Her hair was like October, dry as straw, intimating the frigidity of winter. It hung loosely and even now memory crisps itself.

cells

It takes a lot of time for me to fill up. Maybe it was always like that. Getting larger and larger until your skin presses out against the underside and becomes thinner. It stings, but it always feels that way anyway.

sometimes i do. it takes awhile for me to go all the way with it, though. it has to happen like a flash would happen in front of a television screen.

station

stations are places where people go to get on a bus or something. I go to the bus station to get to the mall. I used to go to the station every day for school at my old school MLC. Sometimes people use the station for shelter when it is raining outside. The tv stations contain shows that are sometimes fun to watch

corner

On the corner of the street there stood a man wearing a black hood with white stripes. And on the label that he wore it said this evening it will be storming with fire and bloodshed. Where am I? On the corner of an endless journey for the stars. I want to fly with the stars.

forgetting

Sometimes I forget to do things around the house, well maybe actually I dont forget I just choose not to do it. But on some instances I do forget. Probably because I have lost a few brain cells here and there from my younger days.

Forgetting… dont forget to smile, dont forget to love and dont forget to experience life. The way that our creator has intended this life to be. It is a test so dont forget that!! Dont forget that the person next to you has their own unique individual experiences in life. That it is a beautiful thing that so many people and spirits go through an average of 65-75 years and at the end no matter what our unique experiences have been we all have the same destination. From the dust from which we came we will return! Dont forget it!

radio

The radio is old and fuzzy. Johnny cash listened to the radio. The radio began entertainment and networking. It is a tool. The radio is a receiver of waves that float around us and through us and we use them to send our ideas everywhere.

montage

All those pictures. All those memories. Not that they’re important memories, or that this is nostalgic or fun or exciting. It’s just a collection of pictures from when I was seven, playing soccer; just another slideshow. Whatever. I watch it so many times, but no matter how many times I think it over, all that comes to my mind is Michael Scott saying “montaaaaage”. That’s just… that’s ridiculous.

remember

I remember. Many golden days of childhood, the memories of yore now gone to waste in my own festering pile of abuse, idleness, and failure. Do you remember? Remember the lavender days, running in pastures together? We would stain our pants and laugh and fall in the fields hugging and joking and playing. I am beginning to forget – why can’t I remember? I have been away from the fields for too long – those fields of lavender, of course. And the grain, and the corn – I can never forget those. Those, I remember. But I am still lost in the fields of my own mind, the restrictions I place on my own pasture. I am losing my memories to the drought of society’s passion.

I remember. When I would run in the fields, during the golden days of yore, when I was young. You were young. Do you remember? We were so, so young. We would play in the fields of lavender and joke and run and escape the vile collections of idleness and vice that built up in our homes – we were free from the world.

pretzel

I want a pretzel. I eat them all the time at work, but normally I get the cinnamon ones. They’re definitely the best, but probably one of the worst for you. On second thought, the pizza ones have to be the most unhealthy. But anyway, the way they fold the pretzels have always amazed me. I wish I was talented enough to fold pretzels, and to be able to do it all quick-style.

tempted

Tempted. It means that you want to do something because of so much influence. Tempted is the reason why people do stupid things. I feel that this word has strong meaning and it means os much in so many situations. Also it can be used espeically when under pressure. When looking back, this word has lots of negative meaning.

bandana

He wore the bandana, though it was dusty and faded with age. He had his reasons and his reasons were of three parts. He wore it, first, because she had given it to him and though she was no longer there to see it still he wore it for her. He wore it, second, simply because it served as some small barrier against the wind and the dust of the trail, and he wore it thirdly to cover the emptiness inside of him, so that others might not see it, might not recognize the dead, haunted look in his eyes until he was already gone–faded and disappeared into the horizon. He knew it was shabby from overuse, but still he wore it. He had his reasons.

A drink that had destroyed that which he sought to protect, that which he held in reverence, that which made him curse his inability to provide, to become what was needed. A destroyer yes, but not only that. The whiskey was also a pacifier, creating out of him something more, a thinker of great thoughts, a feeler of great passions. In it he found his redemption and his damnation. Whiskey, the creator, the destroyer of worlds. It is the elixir of vitality, the remedy for insufficiency, he welcomes it with open arms, welcomes his destroyer. Because in the bottom of that glass, he spies fleetingly something he has long sought. Hope, but it is only a charade and truth, not hope, resides at the end of that last sip.

gasoline

Gasoline is a very evil liquid. Its been ruining our environment and our relashionships with the other foreign countries. Gasoline is a worthless object, hypped up to be the greatest thing on Earth. We need to stop gasoline and its evil ways, before it enslaves us to ruin the only Earth we have. Gasoline is bad. Everytime I fill up my car, I can feel the devil seeping inside.

severe

The looks of those who know I’ve failed, my own thoughts as I discover the failure within myself. The promise I make to myself that tomorrow I will be better, try harder. The realization that with each passing moment I slip farther down the chasm of complacency, landing in the murky depths of despondency and despair.

Severe thunderstorms are in the area. For protection, please stay indoors and away from tall trees…or power poles…or anything of the sort. Rubber tires keep you from getting struck by lightning. If there’s a tornado, go to the basement or the innermost rooms of your house. Don’t worry, things will be okay.

Darkness which is mirrored in the eyes and mouth of those who hold it. Stretched to an unimaginable limit and unable to suppress the dissatisfaction of a job incomplete, or of an expectation reduced or denied.

audience

the men sitting out there, they don’t know. they cannot fathom the depth of spirit emitted from the actors, from their very souls. They only applaud and act as if critiquing is doing.

wanted

What a good movie. Morgan Freeman at his finest. Sometimes I wonder if people could really bend bullets. I wish Angelina Jolie “wanted” me. So let’s kill this motherfucka.
