Something you think about. Something you believe in. Your family and culture’s ways, and thoughts. Lifestyle, choice, education. I am trying to figure out my belief around myself, and losing weight, and feeling great, and being healthy. Beliefs fall into so many different elements of culture, politics, religion, war, peace, etc.
