soap
I step in the shower water pouring down filling the room with steam. As I step in and my body warms I grab the soap, which slips out of my hand to the floor of the shower. I bend down to get the bar and fall hitting my head on the floor and passing out.

I’ve never been so determined to get anywhere or to do anything. I just kept runinng, running. Faster. I couldn’t let it catch me. Never…never. Had to keep running. Always running; never hiding. It kept coming….

I wonder what he could teach me. It scares me. It excites me. We’re in a classroom, always. Not true. Sometimes it’s a hallway. Have you ever pulled someone down a hallway on a boxcart? I have. It was strangely sexual, and we laughed about it. I said something that I meant to, but he didn’t realize. “Don’t let a Freudian hear you say that.” he told me, and I replied “Okay.”

patterns are cool. epically sweet patterns on quilts. abbie makes quilts, she also smoke alota pot. prolly why shes so creative. i also like shirts and skirts with cool patterns on them.

Snakes. People are called snakes if they’re backstabbers, i guess. It’s so stupid. one of those things that makes me want to get out of high school ASAP. poison… medicine. need to be a doctor within a few years. looking forward to it, but not really pharmacy… whats gonna happen with abbu? i hope salman’s successful.

charge
charge is something i don’t have all the time. charge is an action i wish i’d take. taking charge will lead me to happiness, i know this. it is not something i can expect to come all at once, but through small choices, everyday. the little things i am not taking are inhibiting me from taking a cumulative “charge” on my life.

coal
Mines are full of coal and people buried in mines. Coal makes a good fuel but then it turns the sky black as well as lungs. I believe London used to love coal back in the day and that’s why they had black skies during the industrial revolution.
Kind of interesting because the same problem, along with other fossil fuels is hitting China nowadays. But anyway, I think I got the black lung pop.

survive
Seven days, that was how long I haven’t seen him. It was strange, considering that we’re both individuals who needed personal space. When we first got together, we made a pact. We would never, ever cling to the other. I’ve never had a serious relationship before him, but even I knew that I hated boys who clung when all I needed was to be in my own private bubble. He hated girls who called every ten minutes just to ask where he was, what he was doing. He knew I wouldn’t do shit like that, and that was why we worked so well. We have similar pet peeves as much as similar habits.
