I was in church that morning, I didn’t feel like being there, queasy in fact, but it was out of obligation. I was born and raised a Catholic and my mother instilled the obligation of the church for over 30 years of my life, and now, my husband was doing the same. It was the story of my life, obligation. Everything I did was out of obligation. And not once had I stopped to consider my obligations to myself.
