She is mad at me and I can somewhat understand. But i feel like she has me under her grasp and doesn’t understand what I think and i suppose it doesn’t help that I am so introverted when it comes to my feelings.

The “s” is really what gives the word a spooky connotation. Remove that letter and I remember warm summer days at the beach, not clowns or ghosts.
