Classic. Such a wonderful word. You’ve got classic cars, classic rock, classic… it means a thing of beauty, something from the past that still has as much bearing on life today as it did when it was first created – if not more. Classic. It really is a wonderful word.

Skate, to skate… to skate around the subject. To skate around the park. To skate. Such a wonderful thing to do unless you crash. To skate and crash. It’s actually kinda painful. Have you ever just been skating along in your new roller blades and then all of a sudden out of nowhere someone appears – and you see the thing with blades it, they don’t have brakes so you can’t really stop well… so you can imagine how that ends, eh?

You see, the greatest fear of a teenager who is acting out… their greatest fear is that their actions will be misunderstood. At least that was my greatest fear as I pushed by body harder through the cold rain, running away from the people that loved me and the place I called home.
