it keeps you warm. can get wrapped arould too tightly. May look good with a coat . Can cover hair too.. Mainly to keep neck warm. Made from wool, cotton, poly, cashmere etc. pretty long too.

paperbacks torn in my backpack show the wear from miles of walking through foreign countries. someday, i’ll be able to walk anywhere in the world and know i can handle any situation that the world presents to me.

Take one everyday. In fact, took a shower yesterday after beach volleyball and swimming in some disgusting water to cool off. There are plenty of other fun things to do in the shower as well.

I am geared towards incentive. Geared towards change of myself, my awareness, my attitude but still something follows me. His voice in every step and him in every place i turn i can’t escape. he will hold me back from everything that is suddenly going right and i don’t know how to stop a memory.

gym is place where we do exercise and keep fit. other option is morning walk in park and do some exercise and feel much better then gym.
