Icicle, Im not quite sure what an icicle is, my guess is that it is a icey pole type thing or something that people would eat when it is hot.

My guess of an alarmist is a person who is either a person who is very alarmed at every little thing or maybe a person who is part of town or group and will alarm the town or group of any coming events.
