trusted

I trusted you, for the shortest period of time, but then you let me down, the worst way possible. You threatened me, used my trust against me and now I’m here, shattered, broken, never able to trust anyone again because I let my judgement slip for the littlest while…

invent

“Yes, well, going out? Next Friday? I…” Her mind raced to invent an excuse. She wanted to date him so badly, but she was afraid to make a fool out of herself. coward

Standing in front of the mirror I hate myself. Can’t gather the courage to speak up, to express my opinion, always afraid of rejection, never able to be myself. I’m a coward and I fear that everybody knows.
