pretzel
Today I ate a pretzel. One covered in those snowflakes of salt. These flakes seem like too much with each bite but truly it’s just what I need. A pretzel is all I need to make me smile.

route
The route was bumpy, I mean really bumpy. I couldn’t even seem to think, couldn’t focus! The road just kept winding and creeping along. Bringing me closer and closer to the top, where I could never turn my back on.

obvious
This is so obvious I can’t believe I didn’t see it. It’s Christmas and I’m all by myself and now I see it’s obvious for a reason. Why didn’t I see it before? I guess I didn’t have eyes yet. Does that sound weird?

I closed the door and didn’t look back, ya I know that’s cheesy but what can I say it’s the truth. He didn’t care so I slammed all those feelings in his face. And I could never take that back.

habit
I have a habit of biting my nails. Not really but this is what most people say and I think it is truly silly…I have a habit of truly letting things get out of hand…
