walls

The walls around me are closing in, tightening, restricting, I feel them getting ever closer, suffocating, I see it out of the corner of my eye, there is nothing left of me but these walls. I am the wall.

walls are things in a house or an apartment or any type of building that enclose the rooms. They can be any size, most often they are about 10-12 feet in height. Walls can be painted any color that you choose.

the walls were covered in years of newspaper clippings, old pages torn out from books, with the best bits underlined. the rest of the room was as equally cluttered, with books and books, piled some 4 feet high. the walls must have once been a soft grey in color, but the paint had long since begun to peel where it wasn’t covered in paper

fawn

The deer jumped over the fallen tree, impatient to get to his mother. Would he make it in time? As his breath came out in short, desperate pants, he continued on his mad rush to make it home. Seeing the gun, primed in the hunter’s hands was his worst nightmare. The hole it blasted into his side a sharp pain keeping him aware enough to run.

affairs

It wasn’t that he was angry at her, exactly, though he had every right to be. He was hurt. Yeah, yeah, he knows how cliche that is, you don’t have to tell him – but it’s true. The smug look on her face when she was finally caught – she’s been waiting for that day. It was clear. And that affected him much more than he would ever give her the satisfaction of knowing.

blindness

I walked for days. Not knowing where to go. I opened my eyes. And was still blind. I put my hands to my face. And felt nothing. I walked until there were no longer footprints.

darlings

Darlings is a word from the olden days. That is what come to my mind for the word darling. It is also a word to call your little hubby or pookie. It also reminds me of the Notebook because Noah and Allie were so cute with eachother and the word darling is so cute. So that’s where i see the comparison.

refuse

Alex refused to allow Brittany to do this anymore. No one believed him, no one could see that her words actually hurt him. He needed to man up, they said, he needed to leave the poor innocent girl alone. But that was hard to do when a demon was attacking your soul.

harder than carbon, raw, unored carbon from the heart of the earth, her anger flew out of her fist and punched her jealous lover in the face.

This makes me think of carbon monoxide which apparently you can’t smell? So people can be like breathing it in and dying and wouldn’t even know it? I think it has a taste though. I can’t remember what I’ve heard about it clearly enough.

comfort

Feeling this light sheet cover my body is fulfilling. It drifts across my body as the fan blows it away. You are as comfortable as the sheet. I want you both. To intertwine with.

statement

“What do you eat?” is the first thing people usually ask me when I tell them I’m a vegan. A lot of people expect the answer to be, “tofu,” but I actually ea plenty of normal people stuff, like peanut butter and salad and cereal.

holder

Pens. Vases. Hands. Attorney general. Don’t squash it if you are the holder. But you have to hold it hard it enough to not drop it, too. You have to be careful if you are going to be the holder.

overalls

Overalls are blue and tacky and unless you are stuck in a warped hole of the 90′s time period then do not wear them please. If you own a pair promptly set them on fire immediately. Please. For the sake of mankind and the sake of mankinds’ retinas do not wear overalls.

configuration

The tower was tall. It probably dug itself into the earth thousands of feet. It stood, imposing, before her, and she could feel her heart pounding in her chest just looking at it. She was about to enter. It had been 20 minutes since she was about to enter.

pour

I pour my cup of tea as the weary wind lessens, and the sound of sweet purring interrupts my action. The tea is pungent, with citrusy notes of lemon and rosemary, a satisfactory creation of mine.

cathedral

I saw a cathedral in Washington DC once. I didn’t think very much of it. All of the other cathedrals I’d ever seen were very old and important and you could name the old important influential guy who’d dreamed it up. I thought it was out of place in DC. This country is only a little over two hundred years old, and DC isn’t even as old as that. The cathedral wasn’t even as old as DC.

grind

The grinding of the coffee beans is a black, crunchy, odoriferous noise. Grinding teeth will set me over the edge, but not as much as grinding the chalk on a board.
