Frank played the accordian in my Grandfathers band. I don’t even know if the band had a name. He played the violin and they called him the canary. I never thought about how he must have felt, a musican, to have a Deaf son.

Crouching? Well, it’s not a possibilty anymore- so being a baseballcatcher or a floor washer or a sock looker forer is out of the question. But I accept that- they don’t pay very well.

That particular gadget was always in the junk drawer which was chock full of gadgets of every kind, shape, color and level of usefullness. Unfortunately there was so much stuff in the junk drawer that you couldn’t open it.
