actual

Love actually is everywhere. It’s an actual fact that this is the actuality. Actual, factual. What is actually real? Is that actually for us to know? What if there is actually life on other planets? Actually, for us to think not would be arrogant.

object

The object is finite. It sits by itself, waiting for someone to pick it up. The object has feelings. The object is negligible. The object is black and white. The object is alone. The object is alive. The object is a life. The object is ignored, the object is never chosen. There are too many objects in the world.

soon

Soon. It will be soon. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON.

Not later, but soon. Soon. Soon. Soon.

Repeat the word “soon”, until it loses all meaning. Soon.

Soon. Does it make any sense now? In the present? Soon.

Soon. Soon it will all make sense.

BAHAHHAHAH. SOON.

civilize

Civilze is something people talk about but do they really mean it? If everyone becomes more “civilized”, aren’t we just confomringto the norm? What about individuality? Sometimes Civilization can be blamed for a lot of inhumane acts. Trying to make someone else be more like you is not always the right thing to do.

binding

Life’s obligations are binding. Promises can hold you into situations better walked away from. Trying to get away from these binding issues can be the death of a person who doesn’t know how to say no.

pour

I want to pour my heart out to everyone today. I think of it as a cleansing as I empty the vessel, empty myself of bitterness and sadness. As I pour the contents out of the pitcher, I feel relieved and happier. I am able to conitnue the journey of

The racket in my head is so loud sometimes. I hear so many voices, bad ones and good ones. Some could change my life, and some could ruin it. Sometimes I just have no idea which one to listen to. Which one?

dilemma

It was a crazy situation…I didn’t know what to do. I went in with both eyes open and it turned out okay. The issue wasn’t as bad as it seemed, sometimes things on the outside appear to be much worse than they are!

desk

The desk was cluttered with notebooks, texts, and magazines. Pens and pencils. A wallet, keys and numerous pairs of glasses. A candle, a mini globe and a stone. A pile of CDs. Ticket stubs, a flashlight and some batteries that may or may not be useful.

Sometimes, attendants can be really annoying. Like hpw they always smile at you and ask ‘Hiii how may I help you?” When all you want is to sit on the couch of ur hotel room and drink some coffee. WHy must they always put on that fake smile on their faces? It’s disturbing and annoying at the same time!

shelter

It was raining so hard that her hair stuck to her head like a second skin. Rivulets of water dripped down her face, her back, and she was shivering to the bone, to the heart. Shelter, shelter. No shelter from the rain, no shelter from the pain.

festival

A crowd of people, positive energy flowing. Music. Commingling of food scents and smoke. Laughter rises up to the scattered clouds and bounces off the sparkling light.

orbit

Orbit. Not rarebit. Not the Jetson’s pet dog. Not the sound a frog makes. But it could be the name of a lame, old, toothless, dusty cowboy sidekick from a B western movie. Orbit.

princess

Her name was Princess. She was an orange goldfish with billowy, transparent fins that shimmered in the sunlight. She lived alone in her bowl, atop a sideboard, near a window. Princess looked with longing out the glass walls of her bowl, silently gasping for a life that eluded her.

centerpiece

Donna had been excited to win the centerpiece at the Christmas party. But once she got it home she saw it for what it really was. Some crudely moulded plastic bits hastily glued together and sprinkled with some glitter. Kind of like some of the women at the party, she thought.

obey

Must obey when said and when is in need. Then you will feel so much better . Knowing you will be good and know what is good for you. That is why obey is so good for you and when you do it. That is the good point about obey. IT is the way of life and what we have to do

shuffle

I watch you as you shuffle along in the dog park, using your walker, as your little dog prances beside you. Your bright white hair is sticking straight up at the back. Your shoulders are rounded. You stop and ever so slowly and carefully bend over until you can pick up the ball and throw it for your companion. He yips with joy as he chases after it. You take a few more steps to meet your little dog as he runs back to you. I want to hug you.

autumn

The sky is bluer in autumn. The morning sun is mellow but during the day it is stark. The smell of decaying leaves permeates the air. Crispy-crunchness underfoot. Cool evenings with stars returning.
