loss
Loss is not always a bad thing. Sometimes it can be really good. Loss of a bad relationship is always good even though it hurts. I think people at times think of the word loss as negative but that’s not always the case.

walls
Walls act as our barrier. They shield us from the outside world, keep us in and hide us. With them we cannot be seen as we truly are. Yet, if they dare fall, what then? What will be revealed that had previously been locked away for centuries?

Once upon a time there was a wall with a wall-like exterior.

accordion
Beautidul mountains, the sun is slowly setting on the yellowed horizon. There are lambs running across the rolling green hill, the daisies are blowing in the wind, and an accordion is heard whispering in the winds

Deaf. Soundless noiseless blank.
Trapped inside my head, screaming echo-less thoughts and mindless pleas. Please.
Unlock me.
Open.

fireplace
The fireplace had an eerie glow emitting from it. It was warm and friendly, open arms to a cold and desolate winter eve, but a harsh burning like it wanted to consume everything and everyone. The flames jumped and spun spitting out embers and ash.

president
The president of the United States is a very powerful man. Although I don’t want to be discriminatory and exclude women, historically, it’s always been a man. Which is a damn shame if you ask me. Girl power! Wow.

radical
There are always people who think radically. Extremely. The push the limits of whatever it is they touch upon. Imagination, decorum, logic. They reach and stretch and pull and burst the seams of the fabric that we all associate with the world.

compassion
He who we follow had compassion on all around him. Let us follow his example. From the smallest of insects to our fellow human beings, let us treat them like they are dear to us. We can love with all our selves and make sure there is nothing left over to regret. If we give our love away until we are empty we will enjoy being filled again by He who we follow. LOVE ON!

spring
I feel the wind tousle my hair, and know that my mother with scold me for the tangles later, but I can’t seem to care. The sky is all around me, the ground is receding and my stomach drops out. I am flying. Free, weightless as a bird. Not tied down by any of the worries of the world. I can see the clouds, so close. AT my fingertips. I am on the trampoline. The springs creak and groan.

stacks
Books, papers, all of them came in stacks. But what were they but stacks themselves? Words stacked on words to make sentences. Sentences stacked into paragraphs. Paragraphs into pictures and pictures into stories. We layer things, create deeper meanings. We show you the world in many tones and colors and it all starts out with a stroke of the keys, a single word on paper. Stacked.

mystery
mystery, like sherlock holmes or nancy drew. mystery, like a magnifying glass, and there is something there you need to find out. isn’t life kind of a mystery? or love, or friendship, or destiny? old, tattered books stuffed in boxes in the attic lined with dust. old people. old stories. old memories waiting to be discovered again. the future is just as much of a mystery as the past. who knows who you are or what lays in wait within you?

morality
Why do we care about morals? it conflicts with all other instincts. to survive, to eat, to live. We loose these morals at some point in our lives. So there is of course no point

romantic
I wish more romantic stuff happened to me, but it hasn’t and probably won’t for a while. I’ve decided that I’m just not the kind of person that romantic stuff happens to. People say that you have to make love happen, stop waiting for romance to strike, but I’d rather have it hit me unexpectedly than to go out into the world and force it.

concern
His brow bent and his eyes closed. I knew what he was thinking. He didn’t think I could do this. He didn’t believe me. The look in his eyes when they opened nearly tore my heart in half… but I couldn’t let him stop me. I had to do this, no matter how concerned he was that I would fail.

pouch
The long chain was tangled as I pulled it out of the pouch. The gold glinted, though evidence of age was visible. The gem that hung from it shone emerald… my grandmother’s favorite gem. And now it was mine…

average
You say you’re nothing special, but I say differently. I see everything in you. I see something grand, something beautiful, something worth fighting for. I hope one day you will see it too. You’re not ordinary, you’re incredible.

account
I checked it today. There was nothing there. It’s finally happened. I’m broke. The doubts start crowding my mind the second I see that little zero. What am I going to do? Where am I going to go? That zero, haunting me…

rally
She crawled out from underneath the bleachers at the rally, dragging him behind her. She laughed and pulled him up from the dirt. They’d made it in! The two ran to the fence and looked to the middle of the field, eager to see him standing there. They could hear his voice over the loudspeakers, amidst the cries of enthusiastic fans. It was perfect.

I was standing under the umbrella when I saw you sprinting through the parking lot with you text book over your head. You dropped your keys and I took the opportunity to introduce myself.
