den
I wish I could find a use for the room in my home formally known as the den. It’s been a sitting room, a dining room, a nothing room, and currently houses my little-used elliptical machine. It’s so frustrating that we have yet to figure out what to use it for… nine years later!

tilt
When we were little, we used to go to the Punahou carnival. It’s a big deal in Hawaii. I remember they had this ride called the Tilt-A-Whirl. I was such a chicken back then, but this was one ride I always looked forward to! No roller coasters for me but definitely give me a ride on the Tilt!

stroller
I am a neonatal nurse. I am blessed and privileged to work with infants as they take their first breath in life. And sometimes, I sadly see them take their last as well. For either situation, it is among life’s greatest blessings to work with life so fresh and innocent!

trees
We took the kids to a ranch last week to go camping. Boy did we have fun. Horseback riding, riding a slippery slide, and playing in the forest. The forest was heaven… endless seas of evergreen trees to play in and hide in. It was pure heaven!

cheek
My niece Sabrina is such a beautiful little baby… all 7 months of her. She was born with the most scrumptious cheeks and they get so much kissing time. All I want to do when I see her is pinch her little cheeks, plant a few kisses on them, and then bury my face in her pretty little neck!

indistinct
too bad I already wrote about this word before I registered with OneWord. Oh well… I used the same user name so it’s out there somewhere… somewhere indistinct!

WHat is indistinct anyway? I guess it means something might be vague. It’s the opposite of distinct. It leaves room for the imagination to fill in the blanks of things. I think I like the word better the more I think about it. That way I can have my way instead of having to commit.
