when i need to try and give an example this is what i do. i show you exactly what needs to be done. or this is what you do to help me out. show me exactly what ou need me to do. step by step, it is a process often times that helps me understand what needs to be done. it can be a show. it can be scaffolding. it can be a presentation. It can be a video or an audio clip. i listen to directions.

THe keychain slipped from my fingers and tumbled into the sewer grate. I couldn’t breathe as I saw it disappear. As if this day couldn’t get any worse, I had thought. But I was wrong.. So I did the only thing I could do- I sat on the curb and cried.

I imagined something pink, and it wasn’t pink. I imagined something spiky and cool, something that would really SAY about me, and it didn’t. It didn’t look like anything. I was understandably upset. I thought: this was supposed to take the social pressure of me actually having to say something to someone else about my personality out of my day. Now I’ll have to spend it explaining that I’m not actually a douche.
