withered
the leaves on the tree were withered. it was the withered of a sad winter, which she found strange, since winter had always seemed so chilly and wondrous to her. but she walked down the same street she had been down countless times before, in countless winters, and saw that tree it was withered and it made her sad.

My savior, creator of the world. I would like to have Him more central to my life. Part of the holy trinity. The creator of the commandments. Father of the Son who came to earth to save us from our sins.

blindness
Can barely see in this it utmost darkness. Rely on my ears but those barely help. A million sounds from all directions I can’t find my way. A bright light shines through and I can see a track I follow it and I’m back home to my heart.

texture
I like texture very much since it is not in my own cell phone. Just beacause it doesn’t work as it used to, the multi touch stuff is a crap. Without anything else to say, just wishing the time is up, i say goodbye and…. good luck.

zone
I’m in the zone, ready to go. We’re switching lanes steadily, and I look over to my left and see her. She’s nervous, anxious to go, to get out, to be free. We’re in this great space looking for nothing, trying to escape it. But I quickly re-enter my zone and focus. I drive up to the light and pray for the best.

manners
She assumed that after all these years, he would want to know as much about her as she did about him. They stood in the parking lot talking for hours after the movie, but when they said goodnight, she realized that he had not asked her a single question. Nothing about her past, her future plans, anything she had volunteered during the night. She realized this and felt cheated. How could he be so self-absorbed? It was ridiculous.

She assumed he would want to know as much about her as she did about him. But he turned out to be incredibly self-involved, talking for hours about his own interests and experiences but never once inquiring after hers. She felt fooling standing there, nodding at everything he said and smiling to make him feel good. It was embarrassing. She knew this was a bad idea.

trap
don’t stop just go because each halting step at this frenetic pace makes you vulnerable to the trap of thinking that everything is okay because it isn’t .

trunk
the back of the car where we puts things that need to be taken somehwere. something that we don’t want ot have sitting in our backseat so we conceal it in the trunk until it can be taken off our hands. The trunk keeps all my items that i don’t feel like taking out of my car and might need later, but really just represent my laziness.

walls
We have them. We put them up. We take them down. We can go through life surrounded by them. They serve no purpose, except to protect us from something that will ultimately be something we want. Usually love. We put the walls up based on what happened in the past, and then we keep them up based on what we think is happening in the present. It’s amazing how the walls can support us and make us sad all at once. Walls have their place…and I vote for taking them down.

beginning
The beginning of something is always something beautiful. It is special and awesome and you want to embrace it and want it to last forever. You don’t want that feeling to end, so you search for new beginnings over and over in your life.

positively
The weather is positively lovely and it would be a perfect day for a small picnic on a small hill with the boy I love. This reminds me: I am positively single. The love of my life is so far, so positively out of reach. Positively out of my reach, out of my league.

stacks
stacks of money, strewn all along the roulette table. men with cigarettes drooping out of their mouths, 5 o clock shadows darkening their faces, their eyes gleaming, greedy for pieces of paper that would make their lives change forever. they hooted and hollered, throwing poker chips at the center of the table.

thunder
i saw the madness grow inside her, cultivating years of pain and suffering misguided in that little brain of hers. so delightful was she to say what she was really feeling. and in that moment, the thunder shook the house and then she screamed at the top of her lungs, i hate you!
