plague
Plagues can end many lives. I’ve heard of many plagues. Well now that I think about it I’ve only heard of the Bubonic Plague. or that’s the only one with “plague” in the name. Does e. coli count?

miserable didnt clap or did they…am i deaf….they smiled on exit but their heads were hung low as if in mourning….were they actually smiling…i couldn’t see their teeth….they had been baying for blood the previous night…but i’d liked that at least it was a reaction but tonight they were hushed seemingly in sorrow…how could one performance have to such different responses? Had I played it wrong?

she slept there every night. and she stared up, up, up at the crack in the ceiling because there she could see the stars. there they looked back at her and they made her feel less alone.

It was so beautiful she couldn’t stand it. And there it was and she had been waiting for it for so long. She almost had forgotten to expect it, to remember that it would exist. And now it was real. Now it was real and it was there and she was staring at it. It was amazing. She could hardly think, hardly breathe.

the house was decorated in so many lights. lights that were beautiful. and it wasn’t even christmas, or any other holiday. there were just lights. lights and lights and lights cascading down and around and up.
