But of course the parting was more to one side. Having it dead centre would most assuredly not achieve the broad forehead effect. More to one side it was and the effect was knockout–tho I say it myself

I changed her totally. I got her to darken her hair. I got her to part her hair in the centre with with waves to frame her forehead and make it look broader. I showed her how to be understated and how to use more discreetly subtle tones of dress. Counter to this i taught her how to– oh, I shouldn’t be telling you all this…

IT WAS TRULY SHOCKING–to me iy was…that coat i had bought her. But she wore it well and looked mighty confident in it. Funny how from then on she leaned on me for advice on what she should wear.

very intrusive of Liz– eavesdropping there. Under that shrub there is no shrinking violet! She ad an awsome task tryin to get the accessories right for the shocking coat i bought her. i was instantly sorry i ad picked that of all colours– violet! In the first place, i told her her shoes were too white. I told her to try ivory instead and to team something black with the violet. She had totl confidence in my judgement

I knew family who were very keen on violet. Guess u could say they were ‘ultra violet’. Or maybe ‘dyed in the wool violet’. Can u think of a better phrase. Violet patch?? Green is sometimes said to be unlucky.Well, if colour has anything to do with ‘luck’ i am v sorry to say that violet in this instance did not bring any ..

a colour. direct opposite of yellow. negative of yellow. mix of blue and red. a colour of some mystical/magical connotations. I LENT U AVIOLET a-a-a-a-and what append that? U done me wrong wrong WRONG. I shant ever forget that!
