  1. This entry is going to be very basic. Basic means to be simple and just say what you need to say. There is no extra stuff or junk. And that is all I have to say. It is pretty basic.

  2. A lot of things are just basic. Basic things at the store to basic people. Basic describes so many things.

  7. The basics are essential if you want to learn pretty much anything. It’s no use trying for advanced stuff if you can’t even do the simplest of operations. It’s kind of like starting the second floor of a house without having the concrete foundation.

  14. average, plain. i aspire to be everythinge except for basic. “I thank god that i am not basic”. It is plain, it is a white piece of paper, blue jeans and a white t shirt. Sometimes, it is okay to go with basic. In most cases, many people are basic and follow basic things, basic norms, basic styles. I like to be the opposite. eccentric. i like to be colorful, loud, bright, crazy, wonderful, a dreamer. basic can be great. basic can suck. it all depends.

  16. It’s the simplest form of anything. But nothing it truly basic. Nothing is simple and easy and nothing. Everything is something. Math is basic, or can be basic. But it can also be complicating.

Basic is the beginning and the beginning is whats real, whats fine, whats in existence before we start adding all the crap our little monkey mind and our little monkey ego thinks we need to contribute to make it more than what it is, but what we think is necessary.     do not let the schools be responsible for that as you as a parent are the one that your child looks to most for their life—-most parents are busy with making a living that the time with kids gets cut shorter and shorter each day

  23. Kindness is basic, but often forgotten. We remember the basics of math: 2 +2 = 4 or 5 x 5 = 25, but we forget to be nice to each other. We forget to care about other human beings. We need to teach the basics of love in school.

  24. Basic. The essentials. The building blocks upon which great structures are built. Without solid basics, the structure falls apart upon careful scrutiny.   26. Life is suppose to be so basic, but what if you fall in love? Isn’t that the most complicated thing in the world. love? I mean it can be easy at first then it gets so complicated. They say its suppose to get easier as it all goes on, but for me it has always been the opposite.

  34. basic. back to basics. basics are comfortable, easy, simple. basics are classic, they with stand the test of time. basics are beautiful in their own right, they have withstood the test of time. basics are simplistic, easy to grasp, understandable.

  37. I’ve been called basic before.. that is.. my style. But truly, I’m attracted to very unbasic things. When I see a complicated art style I’m amazed.. when I see Shakespeare, I want to read–but it doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe I AM basic–I just don’t fully understand it. Blaaaahsic is what I think.

  39. The basics aren’t always all that interesting, although they’re good to know, but follow “basic” even further, deep into its roots, and you get “essence”. I’m much more interested in the essence of things, the unique spark in everyone that makes them light up in flames when identified and stoked, the inner nature of things that transfers and regenerates itself through the little seed, the boiled-down, pared-down, pure truth, as well as we can perceive it.
