  4. The “cheap” looking girl sat aside the brick wall. You could also say she looked trashy, unkempt, the list goes on and on. Black makeup caked her eyes, circling them many times and each strand of brightly colored hair stuck out in every which direction.

  5. clothes. sales. sale racks. We all love them don’t we..
But in reality cheap is such a harsh word. It’s used to describe girls, people, quality…
People shouldnt be labeled cheap, like a peace of trash on the highway.
We are more than that. Everyone is worth…something..
    No matter what, no?
    Cheap.

  8. I’d wished I wasn’t so cheap all the time.Like seriousely sometimes I even surprise myself on how cheap I can be. It’s litterally amazing .

  9. the word cheap brings such negative words to mind of the bat. to think something is cheap, it is degarded in value and not worth much. i automatically assume that it is about character. however, with deeper though, i can think of it in a good use, such as cheap supplies for life.

  10. “It’s not cheap,” said the blonde woman as she rubbed her fingers down the young man’s arm. She smiled at him warmly. His hands fidgeted in his pockets while nervousness and anticipation tugged at his facial features.

“You’re going to be worth every cent,” he said and turned her back to the engagement rings lying on the counter.

  15. I want so much, things I can’t afford, I wish that the money in my pockets and my wants were on one accord. Well I know that I wealthy, well in spirit and humility at least. I know I’ll never be, poor, or cheap.

  16. I never felt like price was an issue until that date. He told me all the things we couldn’t do because something or other was too expensive for his wallet. It just made him seem even more annoying the longer the list grew. Did he think he was being cute? Because I get not having money. I really do. But you know what that’s when you get creative and invent your own fun – also, this was first date, not a lifetime commitment. He was cheap on not only with his money but with his ability to be creative and original. I left before we even went to dinner. If I was going to pay for my own meal it might as well be at a place I liked and one where Mr. Annoying would not follow.

  17. The sequined dress hung tauntingly from an iron rack. She plucked it up and ran her fingers over the pink material, wondering if it would do. Having nothing to lose, Meredith brought it up to the register and in a bounce of organza said, “I’ll take this, please.” The woman at the register eyed it dubiously.

  18. I’m not cheap. I’m just thrifty. I mean, I look for deals. But cheap is when you won’t spend money on the people you care about. Thrifty is when you want to make your money last because you have limited resources and want to be able to give everyone a little. Including yourself. Cheap has a much stronger negative connotation than thrifty.

  21. I watched that stranger take fire. Embellished in the flames, peering from a distance as those close to him were charred from the searing heat. If we could help, if we could find some way to smother those flames, to revive that cheap, fragmented life, to reanimate those ashes, we would. But the fire took the boy over, and the flames that we strangers thought would die out swept over him in one final wave and he disappeared just as soon as he had come.

The only girl’s you’ll ever get.

  28. things that are cheap are not well-made, but totally worth it in my opinion. so many things that are overpriced are basically of the same quality. that’s material, at least. there are cheap people too. flaky “friends” and people who want nothing from you than the fruits of your labor – they give nothing and take all. i aspire to be a real person, not cheap.

    by hannah on 02.28.2011
  29. I don’t see this boy as being cheap. I think he would be one to splurge for the girl he loves. Dang, I wish that girl was me. I think he may have called me cute, but I don’t know. He was probably talking to the girl in front of me. I could see us going on a date where he would pay for everything… even after I offer. But I know it won’t happen because I don’t even know his name and he doesn’t know mine… We could make such beautiful, country babies, who aren’t cheap and know how to treat people with respect.

  31. I’m cheap. Not worth much and easily had. I stay away from people who care about me and hide things from them so they don’t worry. But give myself away to strangers because they can’t hurt me or ever affect me. And yet, no one sees this.I’d do anything to get away. From all these people who care and want to take care of me, understand me. I can’t help it. There’s something wrong and I don’t want to care. I want to go crazy and not feel guilty. I can be as cheap as I want….right?

    by Kate on 02.28.2011
  32. Cheap isn’t bad. Cheap is what I look for when paying for cool clothes. Cheap is what I want when I look for hostels in Europe. Cheap is what I would like concert tickets to be. Cheap can be good. And I enjoy cheap. Sometimes, connotation takes over.

  33. Cheap thrills are amaaaazing. I enjoy them a lot. Cheap things are amaaaazing too. They help me save money. However, cheap things tend to have a lower quality. While not always true, it is accurate most of the time. Cheap also sounds like cheep cheep, a chick! I love chicks. The animal and girls. :3

  35. I think that dress you’re wearing tonight is the epitome of cheap, just like you. It reeks of his motel room and his cologne. I can’t believe you’re doing this to his family; ruining the one thing that truly brought him happiness. The shoes you wear tonight are cheap; just the life you’re going to lead.

  38. I hate cheap people. That is the most frustrating thing in the world. I could never be with someone cheap. You have to be generous, to others, to yourself, in all senses. Generosity is so appearling to me. My father is so generous with our family and I definitely want to find someone like him who will always take care of me.
