  1. I got chills when i saw the penguin fall of off the ice burg and into the freezing depts of the arctic waters. How can such a small creature tolerate such cold temperatures?

  2. They creep up on you in the dark, when you least expect- determined, you turn them away, but somehow they carry on trailing after you, tapping you on the shoulder and whispering into your ear. As you get older you get better at ignoring them, but you can never quite get them to stay away.

  3. chills spring down my spine as i looked into his breathtaking gaze. i wondered how this magnificent man could ever love me. i was so broken so worthless, and yet here he was in all his perfection.

  5. chills happen when you are happy. they also come along when you are cold, sad and least expecting them. CHILLS. Its kind of a cool feeling when you get the chills…so…random and uncontrollable. It’s funny when you see someone else get the chills as well, utter surprise and confusion on where and why they came…

  6. They run down my spine whenever you touch me. I am lightened by the sound of your voice. How I wish to be moved by your staring grace. You are the one I want because you sir send chills down my back. You are the reason I find new and important details of my life. Why must you be so sweet?

  9. Straight away I think of my name,Chilli. I get called a whole number of things due to the name my parents gave me: my mum was a hippie & my dad was a rocker, so it’s not surprising that I’d end ujp with a name like Chilli. People try to shorten my name down to Chills but I don’t think it really works. I’ve been called ChilliBean, Chilliconcarne, even Chillblane & people always look at me & laugh when someone says something like “it’s a bit chilli”.

  11. I get chills sometimes when I hear about how God works in people’s lives. If we all just trust Him with everything, He always takes care of us and we have nothing to worry about. Some stories make me cry but they never surprise me.

  15. The tension in the air gave me chills. What if she exploded on ME next? What if I was the next victim of her incredible rage? I couldn’t stand the uncertainty, the fear. So I left. I turned and I ran, ran, RAN as fast as I could away from the rage, the hatred, and the terror.

  16. I get chills whenever Chris looks at me deep in my eyes. He makes my skin literally tingle and a cold chill reminds me how much I find him attractive. Even though we are just starting our relationship out of the Long Distance it is really really nice to be reminded by my body how much I am attracted to him. And the 4000 mile move was worth it.

  19. People can give me the chiils, when they look at me funny. it isn’t a great thing and can often lead me feeling very odd for a while. I get the chills when I think there is someone watching and /or stalking me and that really is creepy. The chills is something that is not at all good.

  20. I get chills at the prospect of a Romney presidency!

  21. John didn’t like the restaurant. For one thing, restaurants were supposed to be cold, as to grow your appetite. He was sweating in his suit. The manager had, for some reason, chosen fans over AC. The vegetables with spices were more like spices with vegetables. And it didn’t help that he faced the sign for the kid’s menu. “For the chillren,” it said. The South had to keep reminding him that it was the South, it seemed.

  22. I don’t get chills when I’m cold. I get them when I’m scared too. But I also get them when I’m listening to the bridge of a really great song. Like you know, one of those epic songs they always save for the end of the movie. I like those.

  23. It’s so funny how this works. I see you and the only thing that happens is I go crazy. I get butterflies and my mouth gets dry. What should I say? Do you like me too? Am i just imagining things? You touch the small of my back to let me know you’re there. It gives me chills.

  28. The glass of shocking-pink liquid spun once, like a soporific lunatic, before fatally crashing to the floor. Simultaneously, a moonlight-colored figure collapsed to his knees, staining them with technicolor liquid. His arms and legs were screaming mutely now, shivering up and down with nauseating chills that he unfortunately recognized all too well. He bit his lip, cursing his own optimism. Roseate refreshments were never safe, no matter how intoxicatingly they shimmered. Yet here he was again, crumpled on the unfeeling marble, his entire nervous system a frozen mess of crushed glass.
He fumbled for the edge of the counter, fingers numb to the icy smoothness above his head, and tried to stand, but his feet were floating and he succeeded only in soaking his silver sleeves as well as they took the brunt of his fall.
By now his body was too shocked to move any more, and his consciousness was quickly dissolving into that nightmarish static void. But even now, he could hear candy-pink heels echoing from the adjacent hallway, tapping out his fate in morse code.
God damn it, the snow king swore, as shooting stars swallowed his world alive.

  29. I fear rats and super darkness. YEA, super darkness that makes me feel blind gives me chills to the bones.
