I miss the familiar warmth of a cigarette in my lungs. Sometimes, fantasizing about it just doesn’t do it for me, and I get so tempted to light one up.I know I shouldn’t….so I don’t…but it’s the thought that counts.

my parents smoke at least one cigarette a day. they smoke a lot more than that though. at least 5 each day. well my mum does. dont know about my dad. i knoe he smokes less than that because hes actually making an effort to quit. i am scared that if they dont quit in time, they will die early. i know lots of people that smoke and wish that the government will make it illegal to smoke. i love my mum and dad. bye now.

True that it’s detrimental to my physical health, but man is it good for my mental health to take a ten minute break. If only I could do that without the smoke in my hand.
