Connected can mean a lot of things like connected to you’re family by blood. And connected to friends by a long history of what may be a school friendship of an out of school one. It can also by a link to a sporting group or other connected groups. It is a word that can mean lots of things.
We are now connected to the rest of the world. It’s cool cos you guys out there can read what I am saying. I know it is boring but it is still kind of cool that you know what I am saying.
I think that connected is a very inzteresting word scientist say it is one of the Coolest words hens the boom. Wikipidiea says that connect is the best word in the english language hens the boom. catch a spark, hold it careful. play tricks of feeling and devotion. we share something special, well at least that’s what i thought.
our connection supercharged; you caught the spark-
and shocked me, until my muscles hurt and i couldn’t breathe.
I am not connected to this world. Things seem to move away from me. I follow but it is gone. I try to love and connect but there is not connection. I want to be connected to love! Why is loving someone so hard? Why can we not connect?
That’s what they say about Facebook, that we are connected in a way we never have been before. I wonder if that’s true. They said it about telegrams. A world system. Has this changed the way we think about each other?
dot to dot, tator totted love, get your own, give the dog a bone, don’t forget to answer that damn phone. are we okay? do you still like me. can you hear me now.
Through the leaves of the forest and the mist in the wind, through the trees and spirits that surrounded us–me and you– there was a connection. We, connected, as one. I reached for your hand and you, meeting me halfway and grasping tightly, unintentionally promised me that you’d never let go. And you haven’t.
In life, there is a thin thread that keeps us all connected. From the smallest molecule of the most minute beast, to the biggest star in the galaxy. Things move in constant resonance with all the things around them. From the air we breathe to the water evaporating into clouds.
I feel very connected to my past. In the present I am very connected to my family and I connect our lives through love and tradition and fun. Connection feeds the soul. I want to feel connected now and through my future. I want my life to feel connected. Please help me connect the dots.
Connection. I want to connect with you. I want to connect with my past. I want to connect with the person I was. I want to connect with the present. I am a wonderful person. I bettered myself, but I lost myself too. I want to connect with the future. Please help me connect the dots.
I wish i were more connected to my boyfriend. I wish I knew what he was feeling what he was doing and if he is thinking about me I don’t know. I just wish that we had a stronger connection between the two of us. Is that so crazy? i don’t think it is all the crazy. we’re going to be nearly 13 hours apart and i want to feel more connected to him. i want a connection that means something to someone something that means something to me too. what do i have to do to get that?
the chains one willingly allows himself to be restrained with. A binding that both enables you to have the freedom of accessibility while losing a sense of individual propriety
The world is connected. Networked. Our thoughts are connected. Our goal is one. To survive. The rest is all just bits of fluff. Our lives don’t matter unless we’re connected. To each other; to the universe, to life.
It’s hard to stay connected to people that love far away… even if you love them very much. My darling only lives an hour away but still I feel like I don’t know him at all. Then again, he doesn’t know I love him. But it’s hard with other people, too! It kills me to look at people that have been gone for months or years and come back. You see them and go, “Oh. Do I know you?” You know who they are, of course, like her name and who she used to be. But you don’t know her NOW. :(
The way I held your hand after you came up from behind and brushed your hands along my torso. Exploring every spot, changing my feeling with each finger tip and each stroke across the expanse of my back. And finally, into my solar plexus where you stayed and rested, finding me in my own depth. Willingly pulling me out.
Everyone is not connected. Everyone is connected. No one really knows what it means to be connected. I am already imagining ways that I could understand what it is I’m trying to think about. nothing is doing any good. I fail, I guess.
The internet, and technology, they make us all connected.. whether we actually want to be or not is irrelevant. Privacy is dying at the hands of social media. What is mine is mine alone… these words will never be true again as long as the internet connects us.
We are all connected, in life, emotion and feeling, we may not know it, but we are all one, no matter race, size, religion or practice, we are all in it together
I walked into the room to see a network of yawn across the kitchen floor. Like a spider who has spun a web, only here the spider was my big tabby cat. He was asleep peacefully with the last bit of yarn in his hands, twisting its way around his body, around the tables, looping around the chairs; connecting the whole room together. One single movement…and…..
*SQUEAK* The little toy doll went under my foot.
The tabby jerked up his head and what followed was way worse than the little ‘squeak’!
BAM.
Before I knew it, my whole kitchen was scattered to pieces and purring and bumping his head on my leg, was the culprit looking pitifully up at me.
The two unicorns were connected at the horns. But I suppose two unicorns connected at the tip of their horns would have two horns rather than one, which would be the definition of a unicorn. Perhaps they make one bicorn. Bicorn could very well be a fancy diesel fuel formula, too.
From the moment our eyes met, I just knew. When his blue locked onto my green, I was absolutely certain that he was the man I was going to spend the rest of my life with. I didn’t know his name or anything about him. But there was something so tangible about the kindness in his sea-colored eyes. It was just… Real, you know? There was no doubt that it was there. He was genuine.
Him and I are connected;
Bound, but not imprisoned
Kept, but not held captive
Secured, but not trapped
Connected.
Restrained, but not hindered
Adhered, but not enslaved
Free, yet bought
Connected.
an overwhelming way to stay connected but also a completely compartmentalized way. there is so much pressure to respond, snail-mail friendly letters are no longer adequate. we need the g-chat.
i feel connected with the old man sitting across from me on the train. i feel connected to the customer i ring up with a child in a wheelchair. i see the pain in their eyes.i feel it. i feel connected to the water that cleans my naked skin. i feel connected to the understanding cgraass on my sore feet. i feel connected to you. your soul.l your words.
I never feel connected anymore. I try, and there really isn’t any reason to feel this way, since I have so many amazing people around me but i just feel this sense of disconnect all the time. The funny thing is, it’s not really bothering me, because sometimes, connection is a little too hard to maintain. I’ve liked being alone.
This makes me think of that online college advertisement on TV. “Get connected”. It also makes me think of Suddenlink and how they claim that you are “connected” once you join up with their companys service. But, really, you are disconnected most of the time. I wish COX would come to Stillwater, they would make a lot fmoney and I’d actually have good service.
I also think of connecting on a deeper level with friends and loved ones. How well are you really connected with them? Do you feel your soul yearns for that connection when they aren’t around? Do you worry that you will never feel that undeniable connection with anyone in the world? Someone you are so connected to they always know what you are thinking?
I feel connected to you. in no way that i’ve ever been connected to another human being before. our eyes, they match, we can look at one another and see the same reflections of everything we want and everything we love about one another. we see this connection and feel it, and know that were meant to be
