  2. I feel like i’m not connected to anyone the way i’m connected to you. You make me feel different than anyone else, and i’m not sure why. But I love it. You calm me. You help me. You hurt me. It’s great. I want to be connected in a different way though. Connected as in partners, not friends. I hope that makes sense to you. Because it makes complete sense to me.

I wish it were true that my half-asses NPR listening-to attempts would actually make a difference, to connect these kids to a life they don’t understand, to connect myself with a teaching ideology that I barely believe. I can show them Libya all I want…they will live their small lives with their small minds in a small town.

  12. connection can mean so many things. i think that a connection that one has to there lover can say a great deal about the relationship. Connection is everything if you have a bad connection your screwed. All relationships even if they are friend ships or families or lovers are based off a connection between two people

  15. Klabba klabba doo-wop is the songs I sing. Ye. Keeps me connected to everyone and all that I do makes up for this. When I last left you I was a little down on some of the things that you can do with Klabba klabba doo-wop, but I learned a lot and that’s what counts. Staying connected. It’s good stuff.

  18. Connected, everyone wants to be connected. To friends, to family, via communications, topically through movies and television. No one seems to want to be left out of the media barage of useless facts and extremist journalism. Where did the days of objective, intelligent and connected communication go???

  19. People say we’re all connected. I don’t really believe that. Not directly anyway, and what’s the point if it’s otherwise? I mean, so what if my mum knows a girl who’s brother’s wife’s nephew once shook hands with Barak Obama?

  21. and suddenly we were talking again. it#s been years since the last time we saw eachother, many things happened and now suddenly everything is like the time we were young again… I can’t even remember what happened and suddenly i realize how much i missed him… this whole years we weren’t talkin but i still kept on laughing about our jokes, though the person who would laugh with me wasn’t there. Now we’re back again, the past ist forgiven, the presence is happy and the future is bright. Seems like there haven’t been any mistakes we made and no uncomfortable moments anymore… it’s like our hearts have always known that we were there for echother. I got my best friend back, and it feels like chilhood again.

  24. I don’t feel connected. Not to the people that I should. I feel connected to the people who push me away, the people who see all of my flaws and can’t love me for them. Meanwhile, the people who love me despite my flaws I push away. I feel they don’t understand me, but really they are the only ones who do.

Sites like Facebook, Twitter and others help users keep connected with their immediate friends and family, but also, if fortunate, to reconnected with old friends, friends you haven’t heard from in eons. That’s being connected.
