I was thinking about my conviction. Sitting in a cell, waiting for someone to unconvict me. Is that even a word? I don’t think so. You probably want to know why I am in jail. Well, it’s a complicated, personal story… So, I was

It’s what keeps us going. Or makes us believe there’s no other option but to stop. It ruins friendships, it saves lives. It eats at our insides when we believe there’s still something more to do. It wont let us let up. Or maybe it won’t even let us start.

I am convinced you are there – as surely as I am there – as empowered, as helpless, as eager, as hopeful. I am in the body, you’re not, that’s all.

Stick to your conviction…that is an important value to have and to instill in your children. However, it is difficult to do. You must first determine the ramifications of your conviction.

I did this already. Yesterday. Oh well, why not again. Everything in my life feels like’again’, repeat. But maybe as a convict myself, a prisoner of regret, I’m doomed to repeat every move and every word in an eternal damning groundhog day, until something can free me. Some spontaneous action that will end my conviction and set me free.

“They’re real!” I screamed. “Even if you don’t, I believe in them!”

The little dark haired girl stamped her foot and pointed a finger at her big brother, who had accidently stepped on her foot, and said with such conviction “You say sorry to Abbyelle, right now”. That little girl knew exactly what she wanted in that exact moment and wasn’t afraid to ask for it.

my conviction is still in it’s early stages and to fully convince myself will take time and require effort nevertheless that’s why we are here just to try and live for success is not our end

Conviction is a hard thing to deal with. If someone convicts you, you don’t know what to do. Like that person betrayed you, like they don’t trust you. Then you don’t know what to do with your life. That is conviction for you. Very hard to deal with. But, sometimes conviction is a good thing. It could lead to help. If you need help, then you are happy you were convicted. But it’s whatever.

I go to oneword.com every day, but I usually lack conviction. Not today! I will write with finesse, invigoration and thunderous passion about… oh shit, I’m out of time.

conviction startles the non-believer like light startles the mole. You may ask how one would have it, but orange juice springs from the fruit, so you must be an apple

Once brought to the courthouse, I could feel the eyes on me as they all determined my fate. Nobody but me knew the truth, and I couldn’t help but feel threatened by their curious gazes. I knew I was innocent, but the conviction in the eyes of the one accusing me convinced them otherwise.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt, just like I do for every one. Where is it my fault that I am being taken advantage of? One day you will understand the mistake in giving me this conviction.
