Poor executive was breaking his head with the quandary he was facing for last one week. His subordinate was absenting from work frequently and whenever present the output used to be far from satisfaction.
Executive makes me think if a title that doesn’t really reflect much in a person. It sounds important and of higher status. I think the word executive comes from execute because people who execute make important decisions.
An executive. Hm. I’ve never known or met an executive, I don’t think, so i’m not really sure what to say about them. It doesn’t seem like a job I’d want, though. Too business-like and huffy puffy. I’d need a more creative outlet and wouldn’t want to have to constantly put a mask on. But what do I know.
He sits in a big oak chair, back tall, shoulders hunched below it. Maybe he should straighten his spine to meet his call, cracking vertebrae one by one ’til he unfurls up to proper size.
He strode into the room, his red-and-blue-striped tie bouncing lightly against his clean shirt. He was dressed in a sleek black suit. His face was clean-shaven but lacked a smile; he was serious in countenance.
I wonder what it’s like to be an executive. Of a huge company. In an office that overlooks the millions of people below who could barely afford their rent, let alone the fancy embellishments of the office that you’re sitting in. I wonder what goes through their heads when they go to their lovers at night, then back to their wives and wake up to steal from everyone, everything the next morning.
Once upon a time there was an executive who worked in a large office building. Every day on his way to work he would notice the beautiful young dark haired girl who got off at the stop before him . One day he noticed she worked in a book store a block from his building.
The execution was moments away. The only thought he had? “I wish I’d kissed her.” His whole life was almost over, and all he could think about was you. I hope you die with that. He regretted you.
It is a known fact among those who prepare presentations for the executive level that as people go further up in the company that they want less words and more colors to indicate status and the entire encapsulation of a project. Executives are better with pictures and colors…skip the words and you will be in like Flynn,.
There are many executive decisions that I have to make for myself that I wish was not in my power. I feel as if I want people deciding what I should do with my life rather than have all the blame be left up for me. At this moment I am faced with more decisions than ever, that I would rather be left up to someone else.
he is the boss. he tells me whats to do in his tight pin-striped suit. i wonder if he has a family. does he treat them as cruel as he does his employees? what a stiff man. i wish i could hug you, loosen you up, share a laugh. smile for me. then maybe we can all get along.
The executive leaned back in his leather chair and gazed at the sprawl of the city below him. Cars scurrying through the ill-tended labyrinth of tired streets, grayness, banality. He found himself struggling to remember the last time he had fun.
A corner office in the executive suite?

Wouldn’t it be awesome to stay in the executive cabin of a plane? The trick would be able to afford it, and still pay for all the luxuries. I don’t even know if there is such a thing, but…
The executive wears a sharp prim suit, hand made from Italy. He drinks a double espresso and always folds his newspapers in half when he carries them on the street. His apartment is neat and he likes small paintings of the countryside. In his spare time he plays squash and listens to foreign radio channels.
The only place i’ve heard that word from is when my dad is talking about what branch he works in at his job. He works in the executive branch which means legislative branch.
We have executive producers in multi media. Most movies have to have executive producers. I don’t know the exact meaning of executive but I think I’m close enough.

He took exception when they started to call him “mister.” He had never been a mister, and it made him feel separated from them. Even if they didn’t mean to offer a division between them, he undoubtedly felt as if “mister” came with clenched teeth and strained soul. He was no longer their colleague, only their boss. Laughter was infrequent in those days.
Executive make me think boss. In a big shiny office. With lots of windows. Because, windows let in light and no one wants to be left in the dark. Being in the dark isn’t so much scary as it can be made out to seem. It makes you trust and rely on others and your surrounding rather than yourself.
