  7. a whole half of a pie means that you only give half your effeorts into making something a full way. I see everything with only half an eyesight of physicla eyes. I use my sight to see where everyone is. I dont use my half eyesight to label people, i use it to see who everyone is not what they are. :)

  8. Not whole, but not yet there. Almost, over the hill. Half a carton, Half a heart. Still needs improvement. Halfway there, all downhill from here. more than a quarter, but not yet one.

  9. The cup was only half full. Did that mean she would run out of sugar when she began baking? Or was there enough? Either way, maybe she should consider going across the hall and asking 3C if he had any sugar on hand. He was awfully cute.

  12. he looked around and saw that it was half. he finally realized the answer. half of his entire life he lived so far, and he didn’t and wasn’t living it fully. he was living it in half. not doing what he wanted but simply moving along doing half the things, and slowly giving up, or running away. in that moment, what seemed the most intricate of problems, or an unfathomable blur, became reality. now… now to find the other half.

This term, “half” means so many things; things gained, things lost, things shared, things taken, but all in all, it means that a person is strong enough to give away that they don’t particularly need. A friendly, civil way to say “Here, I didn’t need it anyway…”

  37. half stands for not completely full nor completely empty. when you see something half full it is neither good or bad so therefore it is just in the middle like limbo. doing something half way is not completing the task and therefore is incomplete which leads to in a way failure. never half ask anything because you don’t give it your all and that isn’t good so in the end you need to do everything full out because that is success while doing something halfway is mediocrity.

  39. It took me half a cup of water to make that mistake. Maybe I was hallucinating, but suddenly the cake I was baking had a mouth. And limbs. And appendages.
