  1. heels are made originally for whores so that they can make the click click sound when they are walking and people know that a whore is about. once i watched an episode of the cramp twins which claimed heels were invented to isolate a woman from bacteria this is not true. some heels look lovely but most dont, i guess this is because i am 5’8″ and it makes alot of women taller than me. i wrote this sentence after the counter lol im so hardcore.

  2. I can’t wear high heels- my feet are too big and two wide. Monstrous.
The bases of my feet are cracked and sometimes dry so I cover them with lemon scented lotion. Sometimes my feet seem far away, after all the eyes that look down at them are about five feet and ten and half inches off the ground- why should there be high heels to boost them any higher?

  3. I couldn’t decide between the blue and the pink but I settled on pink because they were so impractical. For years and years they were the softest nicest things I owned and when I couldn’t get a new dress or sweater or jacket or anything, I put them on and danced about naked until it was all I could do to drop over and sleep.

  4. wearing heels on a night out is both a fantastic and excruciating experience. on the one hand, you look fantastic. on the other, you subject your feet to an inhuman amount of pain, arching it like a ballerina for hours on end. heels will be your best friend and your worst enemy.

  5. Are attached to your feet to make up a foot. you can walk a foot in heels especially if they are tall heels. Heels make women’s legs look longer, and a man’s too for that matter.

  6. Heels are worn to make oneself feel taller, slimmer. They boost not just the height but also the ego. some say heels were man’s creation to stop women from running away from them, I second this. They make the balls of your feet ache and by the end of the night you just want to remove them.

  7. Heels are very uncomfortable shoes. Whenever you wear them, you are making a conscious decision to have a little less fun at the expense of looking sexier; for, who can really dance in heels? In my opinion, it is always best to opt out of shoes. Appearance just isn’t worth adding physical pain to my evening!

  8. HEELS:the pseudo~scientific light at the end of the tunnel upon death phenomenon actually gives credence-in a circumstanial sort of way-to the theory that the soul transpires beyond death

  9. Janet’s heels hardly touched the ground as she skipped home from school. It had been quite a day. After punching Johnny Dixon in the groin, she’d had a nice time in the principle’s office, then been given three days suspension.

  10. heels are to the pavement as angry fist is to sky. never knowing the finally destination for the boots made for walking, leaving them to be very mysterious.

  11. I had to have them. The ruby heels in the window were calling my name. Whispering so sweeetly, they pratically begged me to purchase them. Bright red like a Patterson Farm apple, and the heels were sharp and stunning. I could almost feel the soles of my feet clicking and clacking against the pavement before I could even decide if they were to be mine.

  12. I love high heels. They’re amazing. I wonder if they actually give you the arch support you look for… It’s never good to have flat feet. My favorite pair of heels make me about 4 inches taller and are very nude colored. I love them more than any other heels I’ve ever had before. I still have to break them in, but it was definitely worth the splurge. :)

  13. The force that exerted Mike Jordan’s ankle to fracture as a result of coming down barefooted from a magnificent “three point nothing but net” shot that actually left his high tops glued to the hardwood because he played for the Tar Heels hastened an early retirement from Collegiate basketball, but then he woke up thanking the Lord it was a dream.

  14. In kindergarten I found a pair of black high heels in the corner. I assumed they were the teacher’s, and despite being several sizes too big for me, I had to try them on. I wondered why girls liked them so much, I could not help myself. I took a step or two, and the left heel promptly snapped in half. I lurched forward and hit my head on the table. I never understood why women wear them from that point forward.

  15. He dragged her heels through the gray mass of soggy snow and ash leaving a trail from the garden to the back porch. One of her shoes came off but he left it where it was. Now, looking from the steps of the porch, he could see it lying alone in the gray track, bright blue with a red Nike swoosh. Sideways. Like he felt.

  17. So, heels, right… they hurt. Ever tried wondering around in them on a night out? I know most of you girls out there have. I know I definitely have. Not sure about you guys though. Maybe you have if you’re into that kind of thing. If you are, good for you, I guess? I don’t know… Anyway. They’re alright, you know… Good to get a guy’s attention and all that.

  19. Heels of shoes, heels of bread…
Healing, feeling better after you hurt. Healing takes forever… and even then you’re not sure if you’re perfectly okay. All you know is you fell in head over heels (that’s a cliche, but this whole story is a cliche) and now you can’t get out.
But you can accept your situation… and that’s what healing is.

  20. when i was a kid, walking in my mother’s heels felt like the natural thing to do. It felt like what I would be when I grew up, like by putting on a pair of shoes I was somehow seeing into my future. But walking in them was a struggle. I wobbled, I was off balance. Maybe that part was really how my future would turn out.

  22. High heels. They were blue suede. They were higher than any she had considered before. Would she look like a hooker? Would she look trendy? What would she wear them with? They were $5. What harm could it do if at the very least they would just sit in her closet, alone…waiting to be worn? She tried them on one last time.

  23. kick off the fancy high heels when she comes home. shed the expensive dress, leave it discarded on the floor. pluck the jeweled earrings from her ears. undo the elaborately knotted hair. ease back and take a deep breath.
    no more expectant eyes.
no more thin lips pressed together in silent disappointment.
    no more judging words.
she closes her eyes. her skin is cold and smooth.
i am beautiful, just the way i am.
    no more high heels.

  33. The heels of bread and the heels of feet. Two things that no one really wants, or thinks much about unless they are ugly or untasty.
The heels of bread. And aquired taste and usually something that no one wants.
The heels of feet. Usually crack and something people really want to change about themselves.

  35. How many times have I thought of dressing up: with high heels, the slinky dress, even lipstick? An event is not necessary, most women dress up every day. I put on tights and feel trapped and restrained. I put on makeup, and want to scratch my face, and itch and twitch. My hands feel large, my feet enormous, and the universe shrinks and withdraws into the far distance.

  37. Her heels clicked as she made her way down the hard concrete lying outside of the impressive building. Men in suits made their way down the stairs, some on phones, some waving at other acquaintances, some flagging down taxis. She stopped. Heels silenced, and looked up at the stone building looming above her. It was now or never, her decision had been made, she had to begin to click up the stairs.

  40. I’ve never liked heels. As a female, I believe its very sexist that men think we gotta wear em to be “sexy”. They hurt my feet, they hurt my back, and how would I ever run away from a crazy ax murder in a pair? I couldn’t! Id fall on my ass! I do think I’m much sexier swaying around in a pair of chuck taylors, than staggering like an idiot in heels.
