  4. ponies are small. children ride them. horses win shows. riders win ribbons. foals stand up quickly. the four speeds are walk trot canter and gallop. you can also jump. jumping is fun. sometimes people fall off horses. there is an olympic equestrian sport.

  5. At first I didn’t think it could be real. How could it be presented as it was? A horse in one moment, and then in the next it was in slivers. Slices of horse before me encased behind the confines of glass.

  6. The mane was white with pink streaks. The fur was plastic, and so where the hooves. The eyes had been coated with varnish at the time of manufacturing. Everything about the thing was fake. But the owner… the owner was real.

  7. the last one word I had to do was about horses. i am not sure if this is for people who are yet to have an account or what. Anyways I can talk about horses till the cows make babies that look like fish sticks eating cucumbers.

  8. Horses are lovely creature. I think of them standing in a misty field. Maybe under an oak tress tall and strong. The morning sun just peeking over the distant hills. Thats beauty and thats horses.

  9. I had a horse when I was a child and I named her Cherry. She was great horse and often ate my hat. I couldn’t afford to pay for her anymore and so we sold her to a cheese monkey. I had to let her go easily.

  16. I like horses. Or really, my friends like horses. I kind of just jumped on the bandwagon there. I actually never have really liked horses. So, I kind of like how they smell. But I don’t particularly enjoy riding them. Or being around them.

    “Sweetheart, prairie dogs dig holes all over the ranch. I had to think of the horses. One twisted ankle and…” he covered his eyes with one hand and cocked his gun with the other.
    “But, daddy, I didn’t think you’d kill them. I mean, the only thing they did wrong was live in a spot that’s already taken. And they don’t take up much room, the little things.”

  19. Horses of courses. Horses are large, skittish animals with big eyes and soft fur. Almost every girl wants a horse at one point or another in their life. Why? Who knows? I never got the princess/horse phase.

  20. i hate horses. there are a variety of reasons for this. for example, their faces are oft used in a colloquialism for ugly. “Why the long face?” or “I’d never have sexual relations with that girl, she has a horse face.”

  21. Horses? I was never a horses girl. I was never “horse crazy” I’ve never actually ridden a horse. I admire them, I guess, but I definitely understand how some people are scared of horses. That’s so much power in one animal…

  24. Horses are more intelligent that many people think. They can be mischievous too: one I used to know liked to stand on my foot, slowly, applying more and more pressure until I squirmed. I think he didn’t want to hurt me: at least I hope he didn’t.

  39. The night lamp slowly flickered into life, illuminating the small pathway that led to the small barnyard. Inside, the horses neighed, the chickens clucked, the cows mooed and the goats meeeh-ed in welcome of the night. They acknowledged the presence of the shadow that comes with the spreading of the darkness – invisible and imperceptible to the humans but affecting the animals greatly for they know who was to come.
