the icicle hung from the rooftop right above the window outside of my bedroom, where my bed lays next to the cold as ice walll. i wish i could taste the crystal clear water, i wish i could watch it drip down your body on to mine.

Marcia tore after Thurston with the icicle dangling from her tongue. “NGYUAAAAAaaaaaa!” All the rest of the third-graders parted like the red sea—some terrified, some zombie-like, others tittering—to keep clear of a certain bad ending. Thurston had speed on his side, but Marcia had stamina. She pummeled him, flattened him to the ground “I ATE OU!” and in the midst of his squalling she leaned toward his mouth and the icicle caught his tongue and stuck. By the time Principle Barnes found them, they were lying quietly side by side, their bloody tongues still stuck to the icicle.

I can’t remember the last time I saw a real icicle. Well, I can, it was last christmas in Ohio. So-Cal doesn’t have any icicles, just strings of cheap icicle lights that don’t even resemble the real thing, especially when you get them in weird colors.

Icicle is a funny word because it has ic 2 times?¿ Whatsup that that uh! It’s means ice things that hang from the roof of big cold caves. I like Icecream because it is yummy!!!!!!!¡ I had one on the weekend and I had chocolate and vanilla and sprinkles :D yum yum!!!’!!!!!!!!
