At the intersection, we find ourselves lost in the midst of a maze. We are going straight only to find that we have options, options that did not exist before. Once we breathe and take the time to find out what direction we should go… it is common to find that rather than move forward you want to go back. Go back to where you were once only going straight, forward, to a guarantee rather than a mystery.
In my life, there lies an intersection of motivation and the fear of failure. I’ve experienced failure many times before, like most. But, one time brought me to my knees. Its what drove me at one point, solely. Never to feel that kind of pain again, even if I didn’t (and still don’t) feel like I was the only one to blame. Nevertheless, I have more inspiration now. I’ve taken a leap of faith and fallen from an artificial space to a true sense of self, a path to walk in this brief life. The perfect place.

And why is this SO confusing?
Surely one of these will lead me the right way….
Everyone comes across a couple forks in the road–major crossroads. These are the moments in our lives where a decision must be made, whether the deadline is far-off or in a type of time crunch. The best thing a person can do for themselves at these times is to keep an open mind and have some trust–have some faith.
dont u find it funny when you meet at an intersection with someone u hoped never to c again, the awkardness of the lie about how good it is 2 c them again. intersections sometimes intersect with the worst times of our past and present life, joined to yet again meet at yet another intersection.
Eighty… Ninety… One hundred… The holofield in my windshield glowed and pulsated as the lights outside began to blur. I knew they were behind me, but countermeasures would have to wait. Glenda’s voice came all at once

My memories, still collecting, are wide and far and strange. Driving, holding hands on the shifter and you lighting my cigarette as I drove; your eyes just as quick and paranoid as my own, your fingers quicker to the radio dial and mine quicker to the horn. I remember red lights the most, turning to each other and smiling with our lips pressed together, one eye open and waiting for the green. I remember giggling everytime we found ourselves carried away and brought back to reality by blaring impatience.
I am always scared at intersections. In movies you always see a car at an intersection get slammed. I think watching this happen in way too many movies has traumatized me. I am always afraid a car is gonna just come and slam the car right on my side.
I’m pretty sure my life, at this point, is nothing more than an intersection. I’ve got my eyes’ on several very beneficial careers; acting, directing, designing, and naturally, drinking. This weekend, after blacking out, laying on a bed for five hours shivering and vomiting, I’ve come to the conclusion that those former careers might be a tad more up my alley than, say, the Beer Olympics.
Two roads intervening. You can go one way or the other. You can go left or right, forward or backward. Watch for cars smashing through, and look carefully around for x marks the spot. Great things happen at intersections, whether they be intersecting lives or intersecting paths

AN intersection seems to be such a small, minute part of a persons everyday journey. The term itself holds a much bigger meaning than most people might typically give it. The intersections and cross roads of life, our little pathways that intersect with others are what make our journey meaningful and fulfilled.
My foot pressed the pedal to the floor, but nothing happened. I was headed for the intersection and unless I did something fast there was going to be a cacophony of screeching metal. I pulled up the handbrake and turned the wheel as I said a quick prayer . . .

the intersection of a road requires careful navigation, perhaps reflecting the personality of the drivers in the process. There will be those that hang back, waiting with extreme caution for a mile long gap before edging cautiously across the divide. Others, foot down, caution to the wind, zoom across with maverick disregard

The decision to stop, the decision to go, the decision to “flip a bitch.” My favorite is quite possibly the choice to gun it right through, giving little to no concern over the actual color of the light signal above. Death come swiftly or not at all, but you still will feel like Indiana Jones.
