  1. I had to draw an iron in my art class. I tried to make it as interesting as possible. I drew a cyclops and bows and painted the background in as many different colors as I could, but it still looked bad. I don’t think I’ll ever be an artist. Maybe someday I’ll find something I’m good at, and maybe someday I’ll be proud of myself and the things I do.

  4. One time I lived in Haiti, just for 3 months. But the dear woman I lived with ironed all her sheets. It was obviously not an electric iron – no electricity in the village. Seemed like a lot of work for sheets, but who am I to say?

  11. We use iron all the time, everyday in our life. Iron is a type of metal and we also eat iron in our food for energy and power. As I know there are competitions about iron, called the IRON MAN which has been on recently about where one person does lots of difficult challenges. There are also irons that you use to to flatten your shirts to go out to a nice dinner.

  16. Iron, iron is a type of steel. Not very cheap, yet not very useful. Iron is a type of metal that is hard to bend because of it’s strong powerful build. They named a super here after the word iron, I guess because when people think of metal they think of strength.

  34. While ironing my man he watches the neighbor woman. He used to be very mean to me, but lately he has stopped that. It is like a dog in the night which you bump a shoe against. It feels like barking. The neighbor woman complained about her husband getting all wrinkly, maybe she will straighten him up!

  36. Something whose task is every day and menial. Gets hot when you plug it in. Not really anything special in itself but it accomplishes something that can greatly improve your chances.
    Also the root word for irony. Not sure how that one works. Except for the changing appearance part. Maybe. Who knows?

  37. Iron is grey. So grey. And its cold. Like ice. It can be warm though, like when you mold it. Which I find weird but I guess some people might like cold iron. I don’t know. I’m not that type of person. Doesn’t matter. Iron is cool. I hope one day me and iron can be friends. But iron is cold, so maybe not. Ya never know what the future holds.

  39. when i was a kid, my mom used to make baked spaghetti and i really liked the cheese on top. one day she decided to put extra cheese and i chocked on it and threw up on our ironing board. i was about twelve so i was far too old to chock on something because it wasn’t prepared properly.
